In that game, rules are bent if all players agree..
What if the banker had all the power.. he could send you to jail.. maybe even kick you out of the game if you didn’t submit..
In the real world, if the bank runs out of money they will take yours. Under the great reset governments will pay off your creditors and take the assets. So you will own nothing and be happy about it. Yea right.
"The banker may issue new money on slips of ordinary paper." It's just like the real world.
"Just like the simulations..."
Funny money. Fiat. All fiat in history has to exactly the place .........wait for it ........ZERO!
I learned more from Monopoly than I ever did in any economics class.
its what it was designed to do
Never realized it when I was a kid. Never really read instructions when I was a kid, for board, card, or video games.
Now that I'm an adult, it makes sense.

Yes. That is what we did when we were kids. We just made more moneymand gave credits to our bretheren, so the game would never end. Lots of fun.

Inflation is a bitch
that is why .gov en .bank are one and the same, providing you with an UBI (go directly to start and collect)
or
delete inflation by limiting building and/ or prices increases
or delete UBI, no new money inserted into the system.
See what happens.

Wild how our central bank works the same way as monopoly huh?
I think monopoly was designed after it.
Also if you get Park place AND Boardwalk it's 1,000,000$
Boardwalk and Park Place were affectionately known as "taint punch alley" whenever we played. The gam
I'm familiar with that arrangement.
The game truly does imitate real life.
We live in a board game
