You know, it's funny that this would pop up because just yesterday I was thinking about how I would compare Joe's "presidency" to any other in history, and I definitely think it's the worst one we've ever had. I was considering the Carter link but then I remembered the exact situation that Trump outlined here, which is the CREATION of crises, not the attempted mitigation of them. This is INTENTIONAL. Thus, Ol' Slo-Jo will CERTAINLY go down as the worst president in US history. We're only about 5 months in and this admin has already blown all the other candidates for "the worst" out of the water.
