As an IT person, I still don't understand just how the WEF globalists could carry out a cyber attack that could effectively shut down the internet. They'd at least have to take out all of the root level DNS servers. There seems to be way too many routing infrastructure. I did ask this question about a month ago and someone pointed out an exploitable vulnerability at the data-link layer of the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model. The only way I could see any sort of attack at this layer is the poisoning of data frames that pass from router to router. However, since DARPA created the internet and designed it for redundancy, I am not sure how they can do this a part from setting of a nuke at high altitude to trigger an EMP. Unless they co-opt multiple hacker groups to consistently launch cyberattacks. I just hope the patriotic factions of our military can stop this.

Our military will be part of this operation not against it --- sooner or later the 2a will be the only deciding factor for humanity -
Part of the question is whether they're bluffing. They say it can happen, but to those of us more 'switched on', that's implying that they can and would do it. For the lesser mortals of course, the vast majority of their target audience, it will be a case of "Ah, but if you do these things, we can probably rally round our wonderful philanthropic resources and stop it".
Remember we are dealing with people who can't even tell an honest lie if, sorry as their demonic souls depend on them not.
I realize that and have to remind myself consistently.
Bluffing? They have been putting so much investing in this, they are pairing up having meetings and conversations about this. I don't think they would spend so much time and efforts between such big players with such high up diplomats just for fun. They have arranged all the tech specialist and big money to make this happen. You have to always watch how much time/effort and conditioning to the masses with the pretext it could happen. This is like FISA having televised and secret meetings with billions of dollars to make sure we have the most secure elections ever.
The World Economic Forum better just be bluffing. I would be very upset to lose my ability to access the .win communities due to a cyber version of COVID-19.
What is a WEF?
Wrong!!! Stands for Wicked Evil Fucks. Get your acronyms straight fellow pede. You are embarrassing us in front of normies.
"I just hope the patriotic factions of our military can stop this."
As a Vet, I NEVER thought we'd have to use the phrase, "...the patriotic factions of our military..."
Makes me sick to even consider they notion, let alone believe in it.
I believe that there are only 13 root name servers in existence.
Would it be wise to take a good bit of money out of the bank? Or would that just be useless anyway if something like this were to happen? I've got physical metals, but I'm always concerned that people will reject it because idk, they're stupid.
I think the intent was not all internet every where but each state or city they are working in at the time.
I think it is real simple.
Every Windows device has a back door that Gates himself can access. You know they don't plug EVERY hole.
Imagine every Windows device simultaneously pinging every server on the face of the earth all at once -- I'm talking the world's biggest DDOS attack on every service that's hooked to the internet.
You don't need to pull the plug when you can overload it.
Craig at just informed talk read a publication that is on the WEF website where they talk about being prepped for a self-replicating computer virus that could be 8 times worse to computers and devices than COVID-19 was to humans. Here is the link: https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2020/06/covid-19-pandemic-teaches-us-about-cybersecurity-cyberattack-cyber-pandemic-risk-virus/. You also bring up a good point. Perhaps this might be "RED2" that Q mentioned?
