Point out where in HIPPA it says they can't require that proof, because I can't find it.

I can find a lot about how people OTHER THAN YOU violate hippa if they share YOUR INFORMATION.

People keep making this HIPPA claim but I've yet to see the part of HIPPA that states an employer can't ask an individual for their INFORMATION.

A friend told me a great thing the other day. "I am vaccinated," he said.

Nobody ever asks "Are you vaccinated for Covid?" They just ask "Are you vaccinated" or "did you get the vaccine?"

He said he says YES. He has had everything else, MMR, DTAP, you name it. He IS VACCINATED for many things, and if this is what they are asking, he's not lyin!

Lmao that’s solid. These people are stupid. My work dropped masks so I waited a couple of days and dropped my mask. Everyone just assumed I got the vax and didn’t even ask.

My work is asking people to volunteer this info and scan their cards. For now I've ignored the email while researching legal options and planning my info campaign against this so-called COVID taskforce in corporate.

I can't find anything in hippa that says they can't ask you about you i can find a lot saying other people can't share your information.

Why can NOBODY share where in HIPPA it states this?

If an officer pulls you over, you should cite the 4th and 5th amendments. Simply saying "constitution" makes you sound like a retard.

SOMEBODY PLEASE FUCKING SHOW ME THE PART OF HIPPA THAT EVERYONE SAYS IS BEING VIOLATED!!!!!! If it is true, then we can cite it verbatim and link it directly to HR. Simply saying HIPPA is not going to convince anyone

My husband's work did the same thing. He's very vocally against the "vaccine" at work. Everyone knows he has not and will not ever get the "vaccine". He quit wearing his mask. They legally can't do shit. They aren't even legally allowed to ask if he's vaxxed.

Jazz with the boss.

Wear 1/2 a mask. Just cut all the fabric from one side of the mask, leaving only the frame border... trimming that mask right down the middle and wear it like that. 1/2 your nose and 1/2 your mouth will be exposed, the other half of each will be covered.

When asked, tell them you only took the 1st shot, but don't intend to get the 2nd one. Since you are 1/2 vaxed, you are complying with company policy. :>)

Just take the mask off. Don't lie and say you got the vax. That is surrendering. Don't talk about any medical or vax stuff at work. It's pretty easy, "mask off = you took the vax." Whether its true or not.

If your work requires proof, then get a lawyer, but don't say that you will. Let the lawyer speak for you if it goes that far.

Workplaces would NEVER ask for AIDS or HIV status, so you should NEVER voluntary give your work or coworkers any of your medical info.

Let them assume you got the shot. If they demand proof, talk to a lawyer secretly. Never tell your workplace that you are getting a lawyer.
