Here's your real cancer cure.
Fast for a few days once in a while.
Eat no more than 2-3 meals per day within an 8-10hr window.
Stop snacking.
Stop drinking alcohol.
Eat more animal fats and fatty meats.
Stop consuming seed/vegetable oils.
Stop consuming sugar/sugar substitutes.
Avoid most carbs especially processed carbs.
Move your body every day.
Lift heavy things.
Go outside every day
Don't stress about things that are out of your control.

Fitness and overall wellbeing should be preached by every Patriot, Americans are way too fat and sick. I doubt that 5% of the users on this site could do the Rittenhouse Triathlon, I know I couldn't but that's something I'm trying to remedy.
You can be healthy and still not be able to do a triathlon. That's pretty guelling...
The "Rittenhouse Triathlon" is NOT a traditional triathlon!
You either do, or you don't, there is no try.
An easy start is to skip breakfast. And not eat before around midday and not eat after 7pm.
This way you can be more selective with your intake.
Where there is a will, there is a way.
I've been doing this for a few years, I only eat twice a day and I'm not usually hungry until 11:00am-noonish. Sometimes just a piece of fruit and that's all I need until supper. We don't eat supper until around 7pm. We noticed quite some time ago that we don't have the urge to snack before bed if we do this. And, if I can add this, not so much a diet thing but, eliminate as much stress from your life as possible. Since I've retired I feel like a new man without the stress that work caused me.
79, Eat one ketogenic meal a day. That's it.
Did 14 day fast about nine months ago. Have been fasting off and on most of my adult life.
Never feel hungry.

Nice fren! Recommend you drop fruits and rather eat something like avocados or something with high fat and low carbs because the body runs even better when using fat for fuel than carbs, and carbs turns into glucose which again can lead to inflammation and similar.

This only works for meat from animals that had good natural lives and feed.
Battery farmed animals have the unhealthy types of fat, which cause cancer. Produce from grazing livestock on the other hand promotes health.

Where I live there's one farmer who only slaughters selectively, e.g. not the only child of a mother animal, not the mother, and such. And when he does, he tranquilizes them and then carries them out in a way that the animals associate with regular inspections/good time.
Those are the kind of solutions that capitalism, provided a population that truly cares about good, create and enable.
They're also part of the reason why I will never be vegan, even though (or because) I love the average animal more than the average human.
I'm truly looking forward to lab meat with cells provided by animals that get to live their life to its fullest. Hopefully libtards won't find a way to ruin that as well.
