I give WAYYYY more credence to the Non 21 gun salute than the wreath ceremony stuff......in fact the non 21 gun salute alone was enough to tell me stuff was not as it seems....
I can see with the wreath part how it would make more sense to not necessarily actually place it, as those legs can be pretty spindly, and it might fall over.
