I'm thinking it's deep state operatives and any child trafficking. The number seems huge, almost 1% of the US population. So it leads me to believe that a lot of them are international criminals, they're just wanted in the states for crimes they committed while here, or for bribing or blackmailing someone from here. Not sure how many politicians we have across the country, but I'm sure they also make up a good portion of the sealed indictments.
I am from the UK and I didn't understand indictments at first. It seems to work like this:
Discover a crime.
Find the perpetrators.
Present your evidence to a Grand Jury and ask if they think there is enough evidence to request a trial.
If they say there is enough evidence then the suspects are considered indicted.
Occasionally, there may be more people to catch and you don't want to scare them away by prosecuting your first suspect so they keep the indictment under wraps (i.e. sealed) until a more suitable time.
It means there's a huge number of people under sealed indictment. No one knows what they are for, who they are for, or when they will be opened. The people under sealed indictment don't even know, and won't until they're arrested.
And then there's Special Counsel Durham....and not one word leaked about what he's doing. Q told us to keep track of these ;)
This is part of the PAIN, their uncertainty. Each sealed indictment may have many other names attached. We could be talking of a million people involved or more.

Is there any way to actually prosecute 265k cases? How many years or decades would that take? If each one only took three days from start to finish, that would be 88,333 days, or 242 years. If 10 "courts" were at it seven days a week, 52 weeks a year...it would still take over 24 years.
Yes, there is a way - military tribunals. We already know some of the people that might be repurposed. As Q said, some are stepping into new roles.
If you recall, McCain's apparently took less than one day, including sentencing and sentence carried out. What if there were hundreds prepared and each handled many cases per day?
No doubt the arrestees won't know until the day they are arrested, and WE won't know UNTIL they are shown to us to BE arrested.

Probably not much of it because while the border was still largely sealed there were already upwards of 225,000. It seems that after we turn certain corners the numbers jump - the corners being HUGELY illegal and treasonous acts. Like the day the fraudulent election was certified by those who KNEW the results to BE fraudulent. Each step across certain lines seems to then provoke a massive jump in numbers of these sealed cases. Rather like clockwork.
