I was a pilot for 33 years, ending as a jet captain. I can tell you stuff breaks, even when the plane has been cleared by maintenance. I have had to taxi back from the runway and either switch planes or cancel the trip a few times.
Wrong. You have no clue what you are talking about. Commercial and Military airplanes are some of the most complex machines on the planet with thousands of complex parts that all have to work together. Shit breaks.
its the real world and shit breaks. Everything has a failing point. Like electronics, it could be a stupid sensor. Not saying something else isn't involved but not everything can be prevented especially when your talk about thousands of parts.
That doesn't matter, electronics go bad and malfunction all the time just like everyone's computer. It is monitored by humans and no human is perfect. We all make mistakes. Some systems can't be redundant or the plane will get too bloated, limiting cargo. I dont know why your so invested in arguing about this but ok cool.
"I watched a documentary”... Well, I actually built AF1’s, AF2’s, all the strategic command posts, the space shuttle carrier and a whole host of other special purpose air vehicles. They are VERY special, complex vehicles and shit still breaks. Give it a rest. its a nothing burger.
As I understand it, there were protesters in Guatemala at the airport waiting for her. If she wanted to avoid the optics of such a greeting, maybe turning around and switching planes would be her only option, aside from outright cancelling.
Reported, landing gear issue. If true my guess is gear up lock light. Returned 20 min after take off. Sorry, not gonna find the article again. Its out there.
Plane was forced to return to DC after sonic bangs/booms were heard from the Capitol Building.
From Fox News:
U.S. Capitol Police conducted a training exercise on the grounds of the U.S. Capitol Monday, five months and a day since the Jan. 6 riot.
The department warned people not to be alarmed if any emergency vehicles or low flying helicopters are seen. The "routine exercise" was carried out with other federal, state and local partners and concluded before 8:30 a.m. ET.
No additional information was released by U.S. Capitol Police that elaborated on their initial notice on Saturday.
Q Team can remote control Camel Toe's plane to go wherever they want. Same tech they used on 9/11. Dick Cheney, when he was VP, allegedly had a scary flight that was taken over by remote control and he was made to understand that henceforth he would support certain new policies.
It's some serious leverage, this aircraft remote control tech.
Unlikely it's every plane. But we are capable of remote controlling aircraft. And no, we wouldn't be doing that, because that is rarely a problem solver. Do you already forget our history of regime change?
rather than crashing them into the ground, it would be more advantageous to use the threat of death-by-plane-crash to coerce foreign leaders into doing Washington's bidding.
Holita Express!
Top KEK!

33 years? ?
Yeah, I'm old. And tired.

Plus isn’t there backups of AF1 and AF2?? For THIS reason exactly??

I watched a documentary on how they care for AF1 and there is a world of difference as compared to other aircraft.

That's what I was thinking. There was intel of trouble ahead and instead of circling Gitmo, er, Guatemala they returned to Andrews to sort things out.
Maybe they ran out of gas. After all the pipeline was closed/ (tee hee)

Sure is… but there are redundant features of the system, decreasing the odds of total failure. Sensor failure would be a technical issue….

No
What you have here is not proof of anything other than some hearsay about an airplane.
She forgot her Valium and had to turn around before the panic attacks started. The pilot was quoted as saying “you gotta be fucking kidding me”
