GameStop has been the biggest redpill for Reddit.
They almost understand.
They acknowledge big money breaks the law blatantly, but they ignore the fact that the government allows and encourages it.
They are looking forward to paying absurd taxes on their future gains in hopes the government will help them.
That seems to be finally breaking down as they realize that their favorite swamp creatures keep talking about punishing retail investors instead of hedgefunds with new regulations. Recently also saw posts about how the whistleblower payouts must really be hush money.

They have recently discovered that the fines act as a bribery. They are so insignificant that they do not curb illegal behavior and if anything encourage it.
The fines don't encourage the behavior, it just doesn't deter the behavior from the super rich. Ever hear the phrase "Legal for rich people?" Like a "no parking, $100 fine" sign is just a rich persons "$100 fee to park here" sign. Someone sitting on millions isn't going to blink at a $100 charge while a working man will think "Shit thats half a day's work" and the spot will remain clear for the privileged toad to get a nice spot.

I'm in the 1% and I would take out every single one of those degenerates if I could. Grew up poor, no academics or wealthy people anywhere in my family, first to get a degree (maths) and build wealth independently. No job beyond teaching and research assistant positions.
I'm 100% sure that there are a bunch of 1%ers here. It doesn't take much to make it there in a world where the majority of people either have no drive (libtards) or care about building a family more than anything (conservatives).
I chose to first build wealth and fully educate myself to make sure that I can raise as many of the best kids I possibly could. Needed financial independence to ensure that I won't have to send my kids to any soul crushing school.

In context of the GME stock large hedge funds are massively short, as in they are betting against GME. But the amount short is above 100% which is not supposed to happen. They are in between a rock and hard place now as only a matter of time before the MOASS mother of all short squeezes in which the shorts rush to the door and the price shoots “to the moon”. As a result it is thought it will bankrupt several large HFs and possibly be a domino that starts the banks etc basically a financial black hole to suck everything into it. But mainly the Apes those on WSB and superstonk want to fuck over the HFs. Because it is not about the money, it is about sending a message.

I don’t want to argue that.. but the world IS getting worse and darker. In America and in the West, we always had Christianity as the bedrock for our moral and religious compass. God has turned them over to their evil desires and we are seeing the horrors that other countries, who were not founded on Christian principles, have had to deal with for centuries.
