Probably both right but ev’s having a 150 lbs. battery that requires and almost complete dismantling of your car to trade out makes the energy less tangible and portable like fossil fuels. Biggest reason I don’t trust electric cars yet. They start to sell ev car batteries over the counter and don’t weigh a ton, then I’ll jump on.
Pre-emptive warning, don't freak about the audit if there are power outages in Phoenix. Remember it is a very large metro area, the temperatures lately are in the 95-115 range so AC consumption is at a max, and this means that transformers blow up here and there. It's routine summer outage. And soon, we pray, we will have violent thunderstorms, which usually brings down many power poles and causes bigger outages.
Is there definitely testing their systems here in California I live in Orange County one of the few conservative counties left In Laguna Beach we've lost power for several hours twice in the last week . And the Internet Has gone down Several times in the last couple of weeks For no apparent reason
I live in GA outside Atlanta(east side). Our power used to be stable as hell. I'm talking not even a brownout for months on end. If we get a brownout I have to reset 1-2 clocks so I know when it happens. Lately we've been getting a brown out 1-2 times a month. If its because they are upgrading or fixing something they must being doing a crap-ton of it. Either that or someone is screwing with the system on purpose.
"It's never been hot in Texas before so in this unprecedented stint due to global warming we will have massive power outages because science."
“Trust the science” glares at Tuskegee syphilis experiment “Oh, not that science”
And the libs want everyone]to have electric cars
Ever think that that might be the point?
I always figured it was more a combo of tech enamored soy boys and chinese lithium mining money

Don't worry, Washington D.C. will have its turn.
One day we will wake up and read a news story about the unfortunate divergence of the Potomac and its flooding of D.C. under ten feet of water.
