“ The Justice Department is warning Missouri officials that the state can’t ignore federal law, after the governor signed a bill last week that bars police from enforcing federal gun rules.”
Bullshit! They can ignore Federal Law when it violates the Constitution! The Constitution is the supreme law of the land!
How is this argument not moot from the beginning? The first thing I think of is the 20+ states with legal cannabis in some form.
Sanctuary Cities. The Democrat party’s entire doctrine on sanctuary cities is designed to ignore federal immigration law.
States can get ignore constitutional federal laws the leftists don’t like (immigration) but don’t you dare ignore our unconstitutional federal laws!
On top of this there are no federal laws. Every one of Biden's gun control measures are EOs not laws.
EO =/= Law.
That's how they treat EOs now but they were intended to apply only Executive Branch. They were used to do things like assigning seating arrangements at VIP White House dinners, etc. Constitutionally only the Legislation Branch can make laws, not the Executive.
Yeah. EOs are basically saying that the Executive is enforcing a policy or law that has already passed in Congress. In an ideal world you can't just make up shit and make it a law by EO.
Why not Colorado ignors federal drug laws along with other liberal states. Liberal states ignore federal law and the Constitution when it comes m es to sanctuary cities and states. Conservatives on the other hand want to follow our CONSTITUTION but the demons hate that...
Oh look, another three letter agency that needs to be purged and closed down. Need to start fresh without pedophile enablers running it.
I mean. Federal Law doesn’t mean much anymore when it’s selectively enforced and some people get to violate it constantly and others get clapped in irons and sentenced to years in jail for violating the same law.
The Federal Government only exist at the behest of the States. Not only can the States ignore the Federal over-reach but can collectively dismantle every single piece of the Fed should they so desire. In many important ways ithe Federal Government is a redundent and expensive quagmire.
Fuck around and find out. ??
Unfortunately Parsons is stuck up north in the shithole called Jefferson City
In the 2020 election, Republican Donald Trump defeated Democrat Joe Biden 79.91% to 18.93%. As of 2020, this district is the second most strongly Republican district in Missouri and is one of the most strongly Republican districts in the United States.

Yes MO certainly can. It falls under State's Rights.
Seems the administration has said not to enforce the immigration laws that are constitutional. Why do they think they can pick and choose.
Democrats have extra rights
MOLON LABE
The Federal Government can ignore State Law, but not the other way around? Someone needs to shove a constitution up the AG's ass. Maybe he can absorb its meaning anally.
Rectally for maximum absorption.
If that were true then whacky backy wouldn’t be legalized in certain states
precedent has already been set with immigration enforcement.
Hey DOJ, Fed laws do not Trump the Constitution. Time for you idiots to shut your mouths!
Don’t forget, well regulated. Libs love to twist this into a negative instead of what it actually means. We as a militia should be regulated up to the standards of a standing military. Otherwise what’s the point of regulated if only to disarm. It becomes nonsense in that context. If regulation diminishes or erases the militia is that actually following the written, intent, and/or spirit of the law?
