Yep. Had a crazy friend tell me about this years ago.
He was obviously one of them conspiracy theorists
Also showed me all the TR3B drawings and said the USG had the tech. Now we are watching on news....
Team of workers had been there many days assessing the building for earthquake readiness, eye witness says they place large equipment on roof lifted with a crane. Eye witness claim that they heard thunder like sounds before it came down but there was no storm.
How common are earthquakes in Florida? Surely not like California? It might be possible to have them anywhere but I don't think my state has any building earthquake codes. Seems suspect unless FL has them. I think hurricane readiness would be higher on the list.
Extremely rare.
Uncommon.
In convinced the 2010 Haiti earthquake was man made.
Weird, it says STEAM ENGINE.
Did you mean to post his earthquake machine? ?
"Mythbusted" also, like it matters....
I've long said it would be nice to have a character we use the show in text we are using sarcasm much like we have ! ? for other expressions. maybe ~ or something. Altho that would ruin sarcasm a bit.
It's called /s
https://ndupress.ndu.edu/Portals/68/Documents/prism/prism_8-3/prism_8-3_Obering_36-46.pdf According to DOD’s Joint Publication 3–13 Electronic Warfare, directed energy (DE) is described as an; umbrella term covering technologies that produce a beam of concentrated electromagnetic energy or atomic or subatomic particles. A DE weapon is a system using DE primarily as a direct means to disable, damage or destroy adversary equipment, facilities, and personnel. DE warfare is military action involving the use of DE weapons, devices, and countermeasures to either cause direct damage or destruction of adversary equipment, facilities, and personnel, or to determine, exploit, reduce, or prevent hostile use of the electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) through damage, destruction, and disruption.1
Or have Stacey Abrams do jumping jacks on the roof.
She has her own gravitational pull.
I THOUGHT the moon looked bigger tonight!
They could have saved all that money on CERN
It's not important what powers the movement of the device's piston. The piston must have some amount of mass to it, but doesn't need significant mass (ie not tons).
The device is affixed firmly to the structure. The steam power causes the piston to cycle through it's range of motion at a high frequency rate. Being affixed to the building structure, the vibration energy is transmitted throughout the structure harmlessly at first. As the cycle speed (aka hertz) increases, you will eventually come upon one or more resonant frequencies of the building. At a resonant frequency, the building will no longer dampen the vibration effects, but will instead begin amplifying the vibration effect. If the device is not shut down, this amplification of the vibration effect will eventually cause the building to shake violently and basically tear itself apart.
Take this sht somewhere appropriate, like https://conspiracies.win
Belongs here.
Watch the mythbusters teslas earthquake amchine episode. It was shut down partway through and they had to do heavy editing because DHS agencies showed up. They were alowed to talk about resonant frequencies, and do a minor demonstration.
Basically they tried a 5lbs. Weight and found they could take down a steel bridge with a simple shop-made device.
