I have a solution for this. 3 classifications. Unmodified Genetic Female. Unmodified Genetic Male. These 2 classes follow the current agreed to rules concerning drug use. Last, the GMO or Unlimited Class. Anything goes. Change your gender. GMO. Any drugs you want. Amputate limbs so you can use prosthetics to increase performance. Exoskeletons. You get the idea. Could be interesting to see what people will sacrifice to be a "Winner".
