Off the top of my head based on my own prep for my country (not US):

1. Find a sympathetic physician / family doctor who will vouch for your exemption. (Auto-immune disease is a good one - common and already well tied up with vax side effects)
2. Find a sympathetic physician / family doctor willing to “do an Oscar Schindler” and jab you with saline and record your entry for a ‘small administrative fee’ (yes, I am aware Schindler likely didn’t exist)
3. Speak to America’s Frontline Doctors - https://americasfrontlinedoctors.org/ - I have seen them being recommended elsewhere.
4. Consider identifying as a protected religious or other category.
5. Seek redundancy or early retirement, voluntary or other, to get some payback for 20 years service, and then get another job with a non-fascist organisation.
6. If you are Covid recovered, can produce evidence of having antibodies (I know people who used Cerascreen for antibody testing with no complaints), or can prove T or B cell immunity, you are already immune.
7. Join any movements and/or class action law suits for your state, sector, profession etc and turn their guns on your employer. It’s not enough that good people walk away from these proto-fascist companies - these companies need to feel the consequences of their actions as pain where it hurts.
8. Hunker down, form a neighbourhood militia, stockpile food and ammo, move off grid, learn to operate ham radios etc.

You ought to be able to find a religious exemption form online. They were available for parents to give to schools Edit: look it up for your state, specifically. You should be able to print one out

Something similar. Had a doctor (not necessarily her own doctor) write that my friend had cardiovascular risk factors, that cardiovascular complications have been reported from the COVID vax , that having these complications would be potentially devastating for my friend. You can even have the doctor cite these potential complications - heart attack, stroke, vascular thrombosis / blood clots, and myocarditis.

If you have hypertension requiring treatment that's already a cardiovascular risk factor. Even more so if you have others such as smoking, alcohol intake, hyperlipidemia / hypercholesterolemia, and . or diabetes.

It was approved per my friend. Not sure about your institution / facility if your waiver will also be approved.

Looks like her church leader was unhelpful. Neither was her primary care physician.

I am going through the same thing. My form for religious exemption is due by 7/9. And then they are making us be vaccinated by 9/1 if they don’t give us the exemption.

Get a new job. For sure don't take the Vax.

Have your lawyer contact HR to explain how hippa laws work? The lawyer can probably put together some info on forcing or coercing employees to take an experimental gene therapy shot as well. I would personally ask the lawyer to include the covid survivability rate of 99.94 to 99.97% depending on age.

I haven't looked at the rates lately but I doubt they have fallen much if at all.

Find a new job. Lots of opening in all markets/fields. Your employer doesn't respect you personal medical choice. Why would you stay with them?

They think everyone is stupid and will do anything told to. Lots of good advice already given but I would especially push that since it is experimental 1- You should get paid for participating in a human use trial. I used to work in that department. People got paid 2-Have YOUR documents ready that your employer will cover all liability costs including doctor visits, hospitalization and diagnostics, medications, medical devices such as wheelchair, C-Pap, breathing machines, transportation and meals. 3-Your company provided health insurance the same. 4-Life insurance benefits not only covered but doubled since the employer mandates, If not your own, add the company needs to provide this. 5-Employer agrees and accepts financial liability. 6-anything they insist you sign, if you do, add: Signed under duress and threats.

They'll probably fire you but you can sue and live well.

Any further information on whether or not life insurance will pay if you participate in drug experiments? Will the company HR print a letter stating they company life insurance will pay if the mrna causes death?

If it was me, I'd go with a fake vax card. I would look on Fascistbook for posts of California libtards (maybe co-workers' or students' pages) who've bragged about their shots and posted pictures of themselves with their certs and see what they look like. Several fake certs have been posted here that you can use. You want a vaccine series number too. Go with the two-shot Moderna or Pfizer so they can't fuck with you about the one-shot J&J. Scribble a janky signature with the opposite hand you use, and print it on cardstock. It's very doubtful your employer will actually verify them at such a large organization. If they only ask that you turn this in online, and not hard copy, this whole process will be way easier. Screen grab a pic of a card from online, change the name to yours, scan it, or take a pic with your phone, and voila.

There are only two major religions in the USA that expressly prohibit vaccines: Church of Christ, Scientist, and the Dutch Reformed Church. If your employer is requiring proof of church membership, maybe you can find a follower of Mary Baker Eddy to back date your membership, that could work. Write an essay about 'your Christian Science religion' and why you are so deeply opposed to being vaccinated. I'm sure there are many online. But if you've taken time off from work for surgeries, or anything like that or people in Admin know you, and know you take meds, even over the counter, etc., that won't work. I would think that your employer would check on these exemptions more than they would verify every vax card.

Whatever you choose to do, do not tell anyone, ever. Don't talk to co-workers about vaccines and how you feel about it. People rat, count on that. Good luck to you.

You tell them the drug is experimental and has killed way more people than covid and created huge health problems in millions. You tell them you will get the vax but only after they complete their experiment on the human race and even at that time for you to get the vax you need in writting by the company that they will pay for any hospital bills, compensation for injuries from the vaccine and death benefit if you die to your family. You are then not refusing it you are just stating the facts if they fire you over it you have a law suit.

Make sure you do all the above in writting. You can research all the things the vax is doing to people and list them. Make them sign it.
