Or did they disband because it's members over the last 50 years have been linked to pedophilia? They want to wash away the sins of these old groups and just form new ones. The "too white" reason is just something to feed the dumb ones that will buy that nonsense.
It's the $$$s. I started noticing a trend in my old place of employment around 2015, where all the public funding was going to the "T" in the "LGBTQ." Transgender rights, transgender health, trans-phobia, blah, blah, blah. That shift in funding was at the expense of the "LGBs." The "LGBs" never seemed to have too comfortable a relationship with the "Ts." Also, they were pretty much dumped by the Hillary Dems during the 2016 election, in favor of the "Groups of Color."
You got the money part right. It's harder to sue a group that has disbanded. People are waking up to how sick these clubs are and what their members have been up to.
All I know them for was their nonstop faggotry to march in Boston's St. Patrick's Day parade.

You’re spot on - it’s a money scam sucking organization. They’re probably classified as a 503c, get special privileges, use donations to buy assets, transfer assets to the holding trust, ‘disband’ the dba name… and reform under a new dba, but the umbrella ‘Corp’ never changed.
