I use this page called YouTube Downloader , and on pc it's great because if you add "pp" after youtube in the url "youtubepp" it will transfer you to this site with a download page for the video in different formats.
Try itubego.com. It’s a video downloader. Not sure how much it costs. It seems to have in a sense replaced KeepVidPro which was 39.00 for lifetime use. I haven’t used in years and appears to be disabled. But the itubego looks much more advanced.
I would advice against using downloaders and addons as they constitutie a privacy concern. However, sometimes you need to as the below program is not allowed access.
On a laptop in terminal:
wget + settings + link
Or better
Use: youtube-dl -f best youtubelink
Or youtube-dl -F youtubelink to find the possible formats.
If you need to convert a video, then use ffmpeg.
Consult howto download these programs and howto use it ( man pages)
For Android: you van run a linux instance on your Android with Linux deploy or something. Check privacy and trackers.
https://yt1s.com/youtube-to-mp4/en15 (sometimes goes down, there's 3-4 other decent ones which come up on a DuckDuckGo search, first page, with 'youtube video download mp4' or something to that effect) ...
Twitter:
The few Odysee videos I've tried to download didn't work as easily with the Odysee downloaders out there. In that case, I just checked if it was also on Bitchute/Rumble/YouTube, and, downloaded from there.
For longer videos, chose a lower quality for the video, to keep it under 200 MB (catbox max size). The YouTube downloader isn't actually good at estimating the size, gives a ballpark size but not an accurate size.
For really long videos, you might need to cut it into 2-3 videos. There are free programs for this, I have one for Ubuntu, though, cannot remember the name off hand.
The easiest way is to add a plug-in to your browser.
For Firefox, I use the "Easy YouTube Video Downloader Express" because it adds a button below YouTube videos and it couldn't be easier to use.
VideoDownloadHelper is another browser plug-in that can record video streams from a range of different sources.
https://twittervideodownloader.com is good for downloading smaller Twitter videos because it'll work with all browsers and requires no plug-ins.

On a Mac I use "Downie 4". It's not free but it's very effective.

Download the videos, upload to catbox, that's it.
There's Rumble & Bitchute downloaders as well.

Probably many others.
