You question is a negative: Why can't they sue them?
Difficult to say, and depends on your jurisdiction, although in many jurisdictions the STATE has been and remains to be sued.
individual perpetrators however ......
Often are hidden behind a veil. In some jurisdictions the prosecutor or adjunct prosecutor will make a determination based on the facts of the case, resources, consequences. The STATE prosecuting his own? Like a butcher inspecting his own meat?
There may be a process allowed to sue the prosecutor and force him to prosecute.
And then comes the appeals process. I have seen a slew of suits being struck down by all kinds of judges, until one judge said: no you're right. The time for appreciation is over, rights violations cannot b tolerated, only to be struck down by a superior court within 4 hours the same day, wheras an appeal takes 4 - 12 weeks of prep!
You would have to do it, even just for the sake of having done it, and the process itself is proven larded with activist PRO bi government judges.
Keeping us broke so we can’t fight back is their plan. You also never know what lawyers you can trust. Years ago I tried to sue my employer for not paying overtime for years. Nasty woman on government side said I was near reaching the statute of limitation, hire a private attorney. This was a large hospital I was suing. Every major law firm in the city was on retainer by the hospital. Coincidence, I doubt it. I contracted a lawyer in a nearby city. They talked with the hospital lawyers and then advised me not to pursue because I would have to file in federal court, get an auditor to audit my various jobs/pay and between filing charges, auditor fees, lawyer fees it would cost me a lot. Collusion between lawyers, promises of clients directed to my lawyer? Who knows. Big business has the upper hand.
And who pays the damages? You the taxpayer pays, and only to the select few who win. I'm all for ruining the corrupt officials and jailing them, but not for taxpayer funded settlements.
Exactly. If I lived in one of these states I would be calling around trying to find a lawyer, with balls, who wants to get rich once the fraud is presented, and concluded to be fraud without doubt. I feel this will happen eventually. Definitely class action would be the way to go. And all winning proceeds, outside of lawyer fees, directed to help fight human trafficking. We’ll win one, to support the other. 👍
Class action?

Your positivity always makes me smile, thanks fren.
You deserve every bit of confidence, it is the light you use for good. God bless you.
Yes it is. Big gov, big business ..... lots of easy money.
Band together.
70 million people times 10 Dollars equals 700 million. That is some class action. It goes for each state.
What I noticed is that it is easier to find the right immigration lawyer, than one that is willing to take on a STATE.
But it is also a matter of strategy and what exactly the demand is.

Note it says PERSONALLY sued. It is not paid for by the taxpayers but by the representatives themselves if they lose the cases.
A class action suit by voters?? Sounds like a good idea.
You can.theres a class action lawsuit going on now

As soon as GME Moons.
If there will ever be any way for non-US pedes to join a lawsuit I hope somebody will let us know.
No doubt those treasonous fucks have caused significant harm not just to the US, but to the world.
If not for them, the past two years would have never happened, especially not the way that they played out.
Biggest robbery in human history, death toll still outstanding.
You can, go ahead on. Lawyers are easy to find, honest courts not so much...
