Well, "knowingly" applies here.
you cannot charge peeps with treason simply cos their ignorant. (And there would never be enough rope.)
True, there is no law against being an uninformed dumb ass. Except perhaps natural laws, like gravity or sticking a fork in a light socket.
Rope Futures skyrocketing. 😆
So far as I’m concerned, you either support Trump 100% or you’re a traitor. And rope can be reused.
not all idiots are evil
Idiots are destroying our country and our liberties.
Well, in a nation of law and order, your opinion ain't law. That's what THEY do. Do you see? Maybe you forget whose camp you are in?
Treason is an actual crime, punishable according to law. You can consider anyone who doesn't support Trump as a traitor, but that doesn't make it so.
be well.
Apparently ignorance of the law IS an excuse after all.
I've always thought it should be. If I have no clue that what I'm doing is illegal, then there is zero intent to break the law.
Sarcasm becomes you. But no, its not treason to be ignorant of a crime SOMEONE else committed. The point is, people who accept Biden as President and think he is actually legitimate and act accordingly are NOT committing treason. It's ludicrous for the OP to write that.
Think about it. The people who actually DID cheat, they KNOW that he didn't win. That's treason. Not the random sheep who walk around and who actually did not commit any crime.
Ignorance of the law should be a mitigating factor.
I don't get it. I'm reading your remark as sarcasm, but not enough information to really determine.
Everybody knows
