I am guessing that anyone who participated in the theft is already on a list. I believe it was Lin Wood who put out a message on his Telegram account. He said something to the effect of, if you have information, the time is NOW to come forward.
I read this as, if you participated, better come forward now. Otherwise, time will run out and, you will be fooked.
