Is decertification different from recalling electors? Truly asking. Read Epoch Times interview yesterday with AZ senate president who said they can not recall electors. Can AZ decertify without recalling the electors? I truly hope they can find a way.
This is a great question I have been wondering myself.
Logic (to me) would dictate that if you are 'elected', and the contest that got you 'elected' is vitiated (declared fraudulent by the Courts), then isn't your occupation of said office ALSO fraudulent, and voided?
No such thing as an honest law fag. All legalese is fictionaL language. If we do not grasp that difference we won't stay out of the shit. The current Bar must go and that occupation we call lawyer must be dismantled and changed. We can be our own counsel MD we can donit well with out entering the queens court that we mistakenly think is our judicial system. It's a collection trough for the Queen.
Each candidate for POTUS chooses a set of Electors that will vote if that candidate wins that state
"Biden" and Trump each had their own set of Electors
Once it is determined that the wrong set of Electors voted in December, then those votes would be nullified
If the correct set of Electors voted, their votes would be counted instead -- which is why Trump's Electors held their own votes around that time ("just in case")
If the correct set of Electors did not vote, then I don't know if they could vote later, but it would only seem proper to do so
So, either Trump's Electors' votes count, which changes the Electoral College vote, or if not then there would be no majority (270+) for either candidate, in which case the vote would go to the House of Represenatives
The House would vote in such a manner that there would be 1 vote per state (not 1 vote per member)
The R's have a majority of states, but that is not to say that the RINOs wouldn't try to screw it up
Because Pence must have known this prior to Jan 6th, and did not attempt to clarify and correct it, maybe he will be the first major arrest. Even if Pence were to claim he didn't know or understand, that would be irrelevant. He should have known. After all, "ignorance of the law is no excuse," and that goes double for someone sworn to uphold it.
I think with what u explained they just deliver the votes from the electors that trump picked since they should have voted in the first place. How hard could this be? Oops wrong electors voted we will tale the votes of the proper electors, send those back to tjr state for certification and use the results to install Trump as the rightful winner. Also his time starts over.
Yes, except his time does not start over. The day that POTUS takes office and the day his term ends are defined in the Constitution.
I hate to say this, but this could get dragged out until late January 2023. If Trump serves less than 1/2 of a term, he would be eligible for a 3rd term, but not if he serves more than 1/2 of his 2nd term.

Man we could use an honest Lawfag right now.
Yeah that's what our founding fathers said... "we could use an honest lawfag right now"
Our court system is compromised.

False. There plenty of lawyers fighting everyday to uphold our freedoms and the Constitution. Don’t throw the baby out with the bath water.
My understanding is this:

I honestly don't think our nation can survive that long. :-(
