I think it's a quarantine trick to avoid arrest. When they get back to Texas they'll should quarantine them again and test them every three days and call every test positive Nd keep them in quarantine for years. Every three days do a nasal swab on them for the restoration their miserable lives.
COVID-19 isn't dangerous for most people, hence people being infected by it is not a big deal.
How do we know that they were infected? PCR test? We know those are unreliable.

I’m thinking of that one representative from Louisiana who “died from COVID” last summer in particular. There was no reporting that he had it until he suddenly wound up dead at home, if I’m not mistaken.

Rules for thee and not for me. If Harris has covid or has been exposed to it, she may hide it and will walk around anywhere she wants to go. Quarantine would not be for her.
