You have trust in wikileaks affiliated journalists and wikileaks' claim that they have verified the document. I won't argue with your appraisal in matters of trust, as it can be subjective.
But can we discuss the symbols themselves for a moment? These purported 'secret' symbols were reported on in 2006 - now 15 years ago. Do present day pedophiles continue to use these symbols to advertise their proclivities? Is it worth pointing out in outrage every woman who wears spiral-shaped jewelry? Is it reasonable to suspect such women of being child predators?

And further, we have to wonder - does OP truly believe that this woman is a child molester based solely on spiral jewelry? If so, then OP is someone who I would not trust or respect based on that level of reasoning.

Child predators exist. Child abuse is vile and should be eradicated.
But many things you see on the internet and social media are not real. Psychological operators weave salacious and scandalous concepts to evince reactions full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.
Some of these operators are employed to induce us to hunt spiral and pizza symbols to fight evil - waving shiny objects in our face - but what is the other hand doing? While one is trolling through Tom Hanks' insta looking for clues, the real monsters continue unabated. And not only in regards to child abuse. They are also poisoning us, eroding our God-given rights, stealing half our income, and brain-washing the next generation to accept more tyranny.
Be a skeptic. We are bombarded with lies, even by those appearing to be on our side. Be wary, but don't be led down the path that these operators want you to go.
