I listened to lots of people with historically accurate sources over time and many of them were worried by a lot of Trumps actions and were saying he is smart but that he is also blindsided often by how corrupt and evil the lawyers and advisers around him are/were. He said he was doing stuff about big tech while In office and never did, he rarely even gave head nods to his most ardent supporters in media other than Rush Limbaugh, etc..
While I think there is some form of plan it is absolute denial to claim there is some reason the good guys can't be a little more transparent.
If you are in control like you claim then be transparent. If not then call for backup. This action we can do now, tomorrow morning, in the afternoon. We dont have to sit idly by. I have been thinking that one possible scenario is that the good guys knew, at a certain point, thad gained control over all vax production and were able to make them inert. If OP take it, they cannot be harmed and any politician still saying ok is only because they know it can’t cause any direct damage. (And possibly the good guys also gained control at some point over the testing products which were not only flawed but actually contained harmful substances.)
