I believe you’re taking wayyyy too much if you go through four tubes in a year. One is going to easily last me a year given that you should only take it once every several months.
We use the fenbendazole horse wormer for our dogs, but it requires double strength by body weight, so need to do good research for human consumption if people go that route. NOTE: If you use it for your dogs, DO NOT use with dogs who have the MDR1 mutation, mainly herding dogs. We have to give our Australian Shepherds different meds than we do our Great Pyrenees and random mutts, who all use fenbendazole horse wormer.
How did you get the parasite?
Oh GAWD!!!
I can't imagine!
Damn! What did you do to that toilet to make it react like that? I'm going to have to start giving mine more respect...
Oh my gosh, poor guy! What an ordeal you've been through. Do you expect to be able to stop the ivermectin at any time soon or will it be ongoing for life? God bless you, two years dealing with the fallout of that.
Well, a Functional Medicine MD might be able to help. They are MDs, but they know so much more than your average doctor and go for the more natural cures first, when possible. For instance, a Functional Medicine doctor would be more likely to prescribe Ivermectin or HCQ for covid than some of the other docs. Just a thought if you don't feel you're getting where you want to go, fast enough. Cheers.
That’s good, I’ve just read multiple times that it stays in your system and one dose can be active against parasites for months.
May I ask what parasite you were fighting? Just curious.
Most MD’s take the shotgun approach and finding a MD willing to do exploratory or Investigative Medicine is almost like winning the lottery. No hospital will pay a maverick like that. They treat the herd
So kudos for taking this on yourself and glad to hear that this is working so well
Well I'm glad you're feeling better, if you are! Thank you so much for answering.
And I'm curious how he got it.
With the full understanding that you're not a doctor and aren't prescribing medical advice.... what is the typical dosage if humans use the paste?
Going from what I’ve read from people who ARE doctors, most of what I’ve seen is that one dose every six months can have long term effects and other doctors say if you want to take it once a month is fine.
And it's apple flavored! :) Wow thanks - this is a great resource, and there's a store within driving distance of my house. No reason not to keep some on hand. Any idea how much to take for a human?
Divide the contents of tube by 8
Where are you getting this? It has a body weight scale on the plunger to dispense exactly how much you need according to your weight. From what I’ve read, it stays in your liver 2-3 weeks and most experts have said you only need to take it once every several or 6 months time for adequate protection.

During my research I discovered Ivermectin has a cousin - Abamectin, usually used as a pesticide but also used to treat parasites in/on livestock. Do your research and be extremely cautious before going near this one. I'm not advocating using this at all, just providing information.

American front line doctors and also medici app, code "freedoctor"
I would test it at a lab if you can to check the purity and check the additives.
I can get my hands on an ivermectin product for birds, containing 10mg in 1ml. It's a spot-on product in liquid form. Unable to find any info on other components yet. Anyone tried to research such a product?
I hear the liquid form is no good for human consumption...
Does your "horse" love apple flavor? Asking for a fren. LOL!
What is the recommended human dosage for horse wormer Ivermectin. I would take! Thanks for the link!
Obviously no body would recommend using horse paste for humans but since a horse weighs 1500-2000 lbs you would divide the weight by the weight of the smaller ANIMAL to get the correct dose. Apparently it does not need to be exact since the medicine works in a wide range of dosage.
No!!! Stop suggesting that people take products designed for animals.
If your doctor won't prescribe Ivermectin (the pill form designed for human consumption) go to myfreedoctor.com and speak with a doctor there who will prescribe for you as appropriate as well as provide you with the treatment protocol appropriate to you.
We are not in apocalyptic times where we're so desperate to protect ourselves that we need to risk injury by ingesting products designed for animal consumption.
This is exactly the kind of thing that will give Ivermectin a bad name. It will take only one example of someone getting food poisoning, for example, from overconsumption of horse paste to damage the message that Icermectin, when administered properly, works to treat all strains of Coronavirus and can be effectively used prophylactically and for post vaccine inflammatory syndrome as well as long haul flu symptoms.
You might be able to have doctors prescribe it, but here in my Denmark it's impossible. Can I get an American doctor to prescribe it and get a US pharmacy to ship it to me? I don't think that is possible.
Do you have friends or family in another country with access to Ivermectin that can mail you some Ivermectin made for human consumption?
If not, then yes, that would be a case where resorting to having the animal version of the product on hand just in case is a fine idea. It should not be the starting point though for anyone who can get a prescription.
If you can't get the pill form for humans to take prophylactically, I would not recommend anyone take horse paste Ivermectin prophylactically to prevent contracting an illness you are only at .003% risk of dying from. Just have whatever form of Ivermectin you can get on hand so you can begin to take it early if you have symptoms this winter.
Anyone on the forum here who lives in Mexico able to purchase and ship a giant box of Ivermectin in pill form to our friends in Denmark?
