I began to lose my hair recently. I had the coof at the end of April. I was a big denier of the coof until I was sick for a month & had a daily fever, lost my sense of taste & smell, got the brain fog & now I'm slowly losing my hair. I have three friends (all female) & my daughter who are also losing hair or did lose their hair. All of us are different age ranges from 23 - 63. One was sick for two days (no meds), one was hospitalized for two months & on a ventilator, the rest of us were sick for 3 - 4 weeks; one went to the ER & was given a prescription & sent home & two of us went through America's Frontline doctors for meds. So far, only one of us has had to wear a scarf on the head to hide the extreme hair loss. I recently read it's due stress the body went through & is a side effect of the coof. The hair loss begins 2 - 3 months after the coof. I was curious if anyone else has experienced it or is experiencing it.

You can give iodine a try. "The thyroid gland relies on iodine to make the hormones necessary for the growth of healthy hair, teeth, and bones. When we are deficient in this nutrient, the health of our hair is affected, leading to hair weakness or even total hair loss."
I had a severe flu like half a year before the covid hoax started that lasted 5 days where in the first couple I couldnt even sleep for more than 3 hours because the pain was so intense from just being in a flu. I had such in sane tunnel vision I couldnt even do anything except stare at a wall and I presume my sense of taste was not very perceptible ... you had a flu
I am so sorry! I had it for 8 weeks. Lost all of Jan 2020, slept through the whole month except when my son woke me up to make sure I moved, feb is a blurry. Fairly good now. I have 5 good days out of 7, havent had a hot shower since Dec of 2020 and havent driven in months because I would get lost, brain fog. I medicated with musinex and liquid IV. I hit brick walls with Drs so bad I thought about suicide. I had to have heart test and pulminary test done in Feb because of heart palpitations and couldn't take a deep breath. Weird thing about it though, havent been sick since; not even a sniffle. Try a mixture of rosemary oil and grapeseed oil for the hair loss. I lean more towards natural remedies since being sick. You're in my prayers.
I had a VERY stressful incident that happened in my life in Nov. 2019. I started losing my hair in CLUMPS. I began taking hair loss supplements, DHT blockers, etc. which helps to reduce it and slow it down but not get rid of it completely. Then I got covid in Dec. 2020 and it seems my hair has gotten even weaker since then. I started to lose a bit more than I had been before. It has slowed down again, but it seems my hair may be permanently changed. I may also have female pattern hair loss or it's genetic.
I've found out that my body is also making too much insulin, which causes my cells to become insulin resistant. Sugars and carbs are the culprit which spike your insulin too much. So I'm slowly reducing my carb intake (thereby also reducing sugars) to get down to a Keto diet level or full-on carnivore diet. High insulin increases the wrong hormones in your body. For females it increases androgens and testosterone, which leads to hair loss, acne, irregular periods, etc. So my last hope is to change my diet to a more natural food and meat diet, rather than grains and sugars. I would suggest you do the same. At the very least it can't hurt. Our diets are too processed anyway. Eat more meat, less grains. I hope this helps.
Post picture or it's not real!
Telegen Effluvium. I got the same thing from the COVID - it will take a few months but your hair will go back to normal once the growth cycles match up again.
I'm not sure if it is caused by a deficiency but maybe rogaine can help. It's the only hair growth product I know that actually works. It works even better on women (90%) than on men.
The spike protein production saps phospholipids.
In large amounts, like vaccinated, it can lead to APS - Anti-Phospholipid Syndrome.

Treat yourself as someone with APS. Since you didn't jerry-rig your cells to produce spike proteins non-stop, it should resolve itself with time.
For now, get yourself some phosphorus. Some health stores import phosphorus pearls from a French company.
Place under tongue and let them dissolve. Start with 1, move up to 5, and then taper off once your hair starts to come back.
Or drink a cola with phosphoric acid.
And eat the following:
Take some Glucosamine too. That will help with allergies and suppress Th2 and Th17 immune cells, the latter of which are attributed to serious Covid cases. Be careful with Glucosamine if you are pregnant, have shellfish allergies, or use insulin.
Finally, just get some vitamin K, E, Biotin and Melatonin. Those will help with hair growth.
Once a hair cell is dead, it is dead. So try to pamper the ones you still have and revive them now before they are gone for good.
I a, amazed at the depth of knowledge on this page
What is coof?
slang for COVID
Thank you - just wanted to make sure. You're in my prayers 🙏🏻💗
I did experience a little, enough for me to notice, but not enough for me to call it significant. I'm a guy, and had it last year.
Had the WuFlu at Christmas. Months after my hair was falling out in handfuls along with fatigue. It was so bad that I thought my thyroid meds were off. No Dr. would help so I just started taking Vitamins. The lack of smell and taste lasted at least 2 months. My hair seems to be falling out less as time goes by
You got long hauls. You need to get on a nicotine patch for a couple of months. Maybe some blood thinner?
