So what does it mean when most of us didn’t get the EMS test? Does that mean the test was a failure?
Tests happen for a reason, to see whether the EMS is going out to the intended targets or not. If not everyone is receiving them, does that mean the EMS system is not properly functioning?
I imagine something must and will be done to correct this for when the EMS needs to really be used.
I know one thing. It proved that many carriers, networks, and providers are not compliant with their legal obligations.

I think this was the point of having this today. To see how many carriers are compliant. Trump reminded them of their responsibility before he left office. The telecomms failed the test. I did not get the alerts on my phones or over the radio. I think white hats now know who they need target leading up to the coming military takeover so they have the abity to reach all phones, tv and radios. This was very important today.

It just shows how corruption is seeded everywhere.
Probably that they walked themselves into a Trump trap.
Maybe they were testing to see if the broadcasters and carriers set things up right by default. There have been many head fakes in this war that trigger the DS to play their hands early and expend ammo. And this made many of us check.

They are testing the system and will workout the bugs and try again I imagine. Things will happen and soon I hope.
I saw a link about having to be enrolled for it. Why should we have to be enrolled for an emergency alert? I still don’t know full story because I didn’t get one.
From what I can tell, you are enrolled already for the normal alerts, but it’s an opt-in for just the test alerts for android and iPhone.

Why should there be opt in for something as critical as this? Kinda dumb. It should be default ring every device radio, tv, cell.
On my Android phone all the EMS notifications were on except
state and local tests
So that is apparently why I didn't get it.

Turns out on an iPhone you have to call 500525371# to turn on the “test” alerts. I already get amber, emergency & public safety alerts.
