It’s very sad one of the best badass dudes of the 80s and 90s has sunk to this pile of garbage, regardless who his parents were. Arnold was given the American dream, he actually tried to do a decent job for California compared to other crappy Governors. And this is all he can muster in the end, to say, screw our freedoms! The Brownshirts (Sicherheitsdienst, or SD) were a domestic paramilitary Nazi organization in Germany, through the 1920s. They were disbanded permanently (with prejudice) after Hitler came to power in 1933. I have never heard of the SD existing in any other country. It would have made no sense, since their purpose was to affect German internal politics.

The Wehrmacht was simply the German Army, NOT a Nazi organization. People have a common, but mistaken, idea that everything German was "Nazi." Since Austria had been taken into the Third Reich, it would follow that Austrians would have joined the Wehrmacht in the prosecution of World War II.
