He's not leaking anything so I take every report with a grain of salt. I remain optimistic but realize there is so much disinformation about what is really going on that we all could be completely wrong about what this guy is up to, assuming he's doing anything at all.
Agreed. Herridge just tweeted about his report needing to be in a form that can be disseminated to the public again, and what do you know? When you Google Durham you see the WSJ article was published about 7 minutes after her tweet.
The article contradicts itself by saying he has brought evidence to a grand jury and then asserting he won’t be bringing criminal charges against anyone. Seems dumb to bring anything to a GJ if he’s not charging people.
The most interesting thing I found was that I guess he has to submit something to the AG every year to keep his budget going. I guess that’s why they are saying they would’ve expected something by the end of summer/September as Garland would decide on his budget for the next year this October.
Per Wikipedia:
“As of 2018, these regulations remain in effect in the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 28, part 600 (28 CFR §600).[6] The regulations restrict the power to fire the special counsel into the hands of the attorney general alone, and they forbid the firing of the special counsel without good cause. They are internal Department of Justice regulations deriving their power from various acts of Congress, such as U.S. Code, Title 28, section 510 (28 U.S.C. 510).[20] Congress has the power to directly limit the firing of special counsels or to delegate that power to the Attorney General. An agency regulation promulgated within the authority granted by statute has the force and effect of law, is binding upon the body that issues it, and can't be arbitrarily revoked.[13]”
It’s a pretty interesting read tbh
My opinion is that Durham is using the threat of actually charging people for their crimes, if those people refuse to pay him an extortion fee. He wants bribe money, because he is nothing more than a filthy republican party establishment swamp rat.
He can bring evidence to a grand jury to show that he has the ammunition to lock them away, collect a bribe, and drop the charges. Rinse, repeat, profit. Swampy as fuck. And every day this fucker lurks in the shadows, outside the light of transparency, my suspicions about him grow stronger. He is controlled by the (R) party half of the swamp, and the swamp abhors truth and justice above all else.
Maybe.
Anyone who exposes the FBI for framing innocent men for murder, gets convictions for corrupted FBI handlers, and catches corrupt governors seems more like a white hat than a black hat, IMO.
Moving that goal post. Again.
I mean his report has been “Just around the corner.” And he’s also been apparently “presenting evidence to Grand Jurys” for months if not longer.
Excuse me if I’m doubtful on why this is different then the other 30 times.
I too am doubtful. It’s worth preparing for the worst case scenario.
But the fact anything is still coming out about him—and that Nunes and Herridge keep bringing him up—makes me a least a little hopeful it isn’t all for naught.
none of their ITS HAPPENING IN AUGUST attempts are having the right domino effect
Wtf happened, did they Epstein him 5 yrs ago?
Invisible man....does he even exist??
If we're wondering, the DS is wondering, as well.
Trump asked that very thing which I think was a hint about Durham really represents.
It's always the same two pictures of him. I honestly don't know if he does
At this point I think durham, whether man or myth, is the boat the good guys use to cross the Delaware river. It's what he represents that is more important.
That said, I'm not sure he's real, as a man, and this story sounds like misinformation to get the bad guys to think they have more time.
Wasn’t the last “big report” that picked up a couple FBI agents who went to an event paid for by someone else (or something equally as stupid)? Yeah, I quit holding my breath on this last year. Every once in a while, a bit of hope sparks—like when you listen to the gal who mentioned she testified against some big names who trafficked kids... but otherwise, I will trust GOD will issue the justice. I don’t trust men to do the right thing anymore.
He is a prosecutor. He issues indictments or nothing.

Yeah, that’s what triggered me to search for him on Google to see if anything new had been published.
That's what they said last summer.
Its amazing that they still dont have a new picture of him.
Imagine, he has been walking between them well shaved, and they dont even know he has been investigating them
Media - better watch out!
Why would it take so long? Does it keep getting bigger? Does that mean he is uncovering more swamp creatures? My balls are way past blue!
How does she know what's in the report?
