That's why this great country is so important. We were founded on the idea that everyone could live their life on earth with as close to that freedom as possible.

So you can figure that about 48 children will suffer a bad reaction, some much more serious than others. Which is one reason why they wouldn't want any parents around to raise a fit.
If they are lucky, none of the kids will die, but if unlucky, 1 or 2 might.
If this is really happening, if they are really kidnapping children from parents, I can only imagine the reckoning that is about to emerge. You can fire someone, you can tell them they can't go out to eat, or go to to the gym, you can even make them stay home for a period, but when you take their kids, there is NOTHING in this world that even comes close to being as important as their children. Most parents will fight you to the death to protect their children. (And I'm talking about most decent parents, not shitty parents whom the government is used to dealing with). The same power in them that can make a woman lift a car off her child after an accident (yes this has happened) will make a parent do God only knows what to whatever unlucky soul comes to take that child. They don't need a gun to kill or maim. And when these authoritarian people begin to witness this fury unleashed upon them, they will feel terror like they've never felt before, when they become the hunted.
