I know several teens who wanted to work this summer but gave up looking, every place checked had a mask mandate. All of them refused to wear masks. I told them good on them.

That is going to be the first discussion if it is mandated. Yesterday a letter strongly suggesting came down the chain but if it is forced I will be first in line to get an explanation "Why must we get the jab now against our will instead of working from home as we did the last year and a half up until June this year when it benefited your company. If it was acceptable then could you please explain why it wouldn't be acceptable now?" That will be my reply before I am fired... It's simple if that is the case I will express my feeling that "you're only trying to accommodate the persons whom are vaxxed and want to single out and ridicule the others!"

Nothing in Alabama, was looking to share this with my friend that job is mandating the vaxx & already with masks.
