And in another two weeks, I’m sure they will start requiring the vaccine all together. It seems to be on a two week schedule that they progress their vaccine related requirements.
I will leave as much as I don’t want to and it will ruin my career that I have built. I’m young and I’ve dedicated the last 8 years of my life to my career with this company.
Please keep those of us who work for others in your thoughts. It’s very real and it’s very scary. We are going to lose everything we’ve built for this.
It’s been a rough morning.
It looks like they are trying to gauge who the majority are, vaxed or unvaxed, then determine if they will mandate it. No matter what, stand your ground. Companies need employees. This is a game of chicken. Never stand down.
On a side note, people change careers all the time, don't feel like you are ruining your career if you walk away. I started a very successful business in my mid 20's and regardless of my success and that I had the market cornered in my area, I walked away simply because I wanted to readjust my life goals since I had kids and wanted to spend more time with them. So at 40 I took a huge risk, closed my business to the shock of everyone i knew, and started over in a different industry, and now a few years later, i'm making even more money and I get to do it at home because I built this business around the idea of working online from anywhere. So I guess what I'm saying is, don't be afraid to make a big change in career to suit your life standards. Don't be afraid to walk away when it no longer aligns with your goals or beliefs. Don't be afraid to put your life and your health in front of your job. When one door closes, another opens.
^^This. But don't be afraid (I know, it is easier said than done). This IS a game of chicken and you will be made whole in the end. Have consolation knowing that you are doing the right thing. It is looking dark for you right now, but you are here because you know how it will end. Don't quit. Stay the course. Prayers with you.
I won’t be logging my status by Sept 1. We’ll see what they try to do to me at that point. I hope others will do the same.
The emails they send are such bullshit and they act as though they own us. They “highly recommend” we take the vaccine. Last I checked, our industry is finance. What business do you have recommending anything medical to me?? I’m so frustrated.
Hi friend, I'm curious how you are doing? Did you workplace push you after you didn't respond? I am in a similar position this week. I don't plan on responding but I'm stressed out about this for sure.
Hi, thanks for checking up on me! They sent repetitive emails but eventually (after many people continued not to respond I assume) they said if you didn’t choose an option, they would just assume you are unvaccinated. Guess they realized they didn’t want to push people. They hesitated on any type of vaccine mandate but I felt like it was coming.. but most recent communications said something about weekly testing for unvaxed. We’ll see, it’s always changing. I get the feeling, it makes you sick to your stomach. If you feel like you have to share your status, go ahead. That’s not the hill to die on though it is violating. But the hill to die on for me is if they try to force me to make a medical choice I don’t want - then I fight back.
Thanks for replying. Yeah you hit the nail on the head, it is making me sick to my stomach. I am planning on ignoring all emails and if my boss presses me I will just say he can refer me to HR. If they force me between disclosing and getting fired... idk I might tell them. There is no way I will take the vax under any circumstances. I have a years worth of savings so luckily I will be OK financially for a little while. Thanks again friend and take care in these dark times.
I get it and I feel for you. It’s a very hard time right now and we are tired. I just got a promotion that I have been working for and waiting patiently for and I fear it will be over before it even started. I get very sick thinking about where we are right now as a country/world.
You haven't looked for work anywhere? Even a part time gig?
https://files.catbox.moe/cv3b8q.jpeg I took that screenshot from Stew Peters latest video https://rumble.com/vlod4c-wow-former-pfizer-employee-checkmate.-game-over.-we-win.html comments. I’m giving it 2 weeks to blow up. My son’s school board is meeting to see if weekly testing is going to be required for the nonvaxxed 9/7 so I will go from there. I’m praying for us all.
Maybe this will help. Let the school board know. PCR tests are EUA and may NOT be mandated. It is a violation of Federal Law.

whatever you do DONT QUIT unless you have your new job lined up. you lose all benefits. make them fight to get you out....they might back down if more than one person challenges this.
on september 1st, send them a copy of the constitution
If you have a white collar job, before you set yourself up to be fired or you foolishly decided to quit bring in a USB drive to work and download the client/customer lists for your company.
If you do resist Covid mandates and lose your job, go ahead and contact everyone on that client list and tell them exactly why you’re not working with them anymore.
It’s possible you may end up winning some of your old clients as the company you used to work at won’t be able to provide the same level of service without you and other anti-Vaxxers that were fired.
You should also be able to use this strategy if you are in some type of maintenance blue-collar job like HVAC or plumbing repair. Become an independent contractor.
I would strongly suggest against this - this type of activity could lead to jail time regardless of the legal issues regarding wrongful termination. A job is not worth going to jail for...
Jail? I don’t think so. Perhaps your work contract does not allow this, so you could be sued at the most.
Of course there are other ways to do what I am suggesting.
You could tell your company that you will comply with getting your shots. Then call each client independently explain your situation and see if they offer to hire you after you get fired.
It may be possible that if the clients really like you that the client will put pressure on the company not to fire you.
In the end, it’s not right for a company to try and force an experimental medical treatment onto employees. In the long run if the company does back down on their mandate, you may be saving the company money if you get them to cancel their vaccination mandate. When information eventually does come out that in fact these vaccines were known to be harmful, any companies that had forced them onto their employees will have have opened themselves up to lawsuits From any employee experiencing post vaccine health problems.
I’d check his Ebola and STD status. I think your clients would want to know.
Maybe he has rabies!! He should get those rabies shots just in case
Hang in there - you are not alone. Lots of jobs in this world, only one healthy body for each of us.
you have a lot at stake, worth getting the help of lawyer to write a compelling letter. there are paradoxical legal statutes such that you should request clarification. you must get this in writing.
affirm you are doing everything in your power to help maintain health and safety in the workplace for you and your family.
how is the employer using vaccine status to assure a safe environment for you and your family? is each vaccine accepted equally as a measure of prevention of Covid illness and transmission of illness?
as variants emerge, if effectiveness varies among vaccine products, how will the mandate address ongoing health and safety issues?
does this mandate apply to the EUA vaccine or the FDA approved vaccine, Comirnaty -- which is still in production and not yet available to public.
Comirnaty is liable for vaccine injury; and the EUA injections are not.
if the employer is helping administer a vaccine program, is employer protected in addition to worker's compensation insurance?

Same here. I already completed the "survey" letting them know I have not taken the vaccine and do not intend on doing so. I suspect it will not be too long before they mandate the vax. I love my job, but I am not going to submit. But they will have to fire me - I am not quitting...
Same friend. We’ll see what happens to me on Sept 1st. I hope enough people will push back but it seems many are weak.
