What are "WE the people" supposed to do?
Running for elections won't work until the elections are fixed.
The only way forward to fix the elections are through the Military stepping in or through a Civil War, which will force the Military to step in.
I thought the point was to avoid a Civil War... "WE the people" taking to the streets with arms will do just that.
If Flynn tells me it's time to start putting together a Militia to take over my Corrupt City Hall then sure, okay. Then what?
Until I'm given a guaranteed assurance that the FBI won't turn my home-grown Militia group into a False Flag operation I'm staying put. I'll die for God and the Nation for at this point, but I won't die because I fell for an FBI trap.

He did not address my shirt but did look at it and smile.

I was just ready to unload a million questions on him when he said, "I want to tell you a story from my early years in the service."
He then proceeded to tell a story about being ordered to do this, then that, then this, then that. Seemingly pointlessly and in no particular direction.
About how it filled him with questions but he was provided no answers.
All he had was his Trust for the chain of command.
He made it very very clear that he wanted my undivided attention.
Twice I was distracted by movements from his security team.
Each time I broke eyes with him to look across the room, he immediately tapped my shoulder and commanded my attention.
He finished the story, staring me in the eye.

Then he informed me that he had to go on stage and speak now.
He told me that he didn't even know what he was going to say but knew that he was there because God wanted him to be there.
He then went out onto the stage and almost immediately brought up his past speech, "A while ago I gave a speech. In that speech I used a term. That term was 'Digital Soldiers'. There are some in this room who know what that means and why they are important."
He was talking to us.

First of all, old news, possibly fake or at least misstated. Secondly, who is Charlie Ward and Ann Vander Steele?
Charlie Ward used to be a gold transport specialist for big banking and millionaire/billionaires.
He would make sure the gold got to its destination.
He claims he has insider knowledge of the workings of the DeepState. Much has since expired in its usefulness, but those are his credentials.
He and Simon Parkes have done a lot together, and some say they are simply feeding each other ideas while being Paytriots.
I've got more of an open mind, but I digress.
Currently, Ward is at the front of promoting the Quantum Financial System and NESARA/GESARA.
Effectively it is a fraud-proof way of transferring money that is supposed to replace the SWIFT / Rothschild Central Banking System.
It's necessary so we can bring an end to FIAT dollars and move to a Gold / Precious Metals Standard of currency.
Ward isn't the smartest, but he does seem to have a childlike quality which helps in the trust department.
He further claims he has been tasked to help with the transition to the QFS and the Gold Standard when it is in full swing.

He also told a friend who was interviewing him to hold a bottle of wine the interviewer had bet believing President Trump would win the election. My take is he cannot admit to a plan and he doesn’t want people to be complacent because they think there is a plan.
We are needed to show resolve and a grassroots groundswell that takes political control at the local level. This serves a lot of purposes, not the least of which is to demonstrate we are the overwhelming majority in this country.
