If there are so many dying of Covid, why aren't there news reports of massive deaths amongst the homeless camps all over the nation, especially in Nancy Pelosi's San Fransisco, CA district?

It's 99.9997% for most people able to access the internet.

Agree. The homelessness in LA is out of control. Literal tent cities along Sunset blvd., trash everywhere and I wonder where are all the "progressives"? Also if the "pandemic" was so bad wouldn't all the homeless in LA who live on the street, abuse drugs, and rummage through trash have been the first to go? Why aren't there bodies stacked up down on skid row? Why do I see the same maskless, and I'm gonna go ahead and assume unvaxxed, homeless dudes rummaging through dumpsters as I saw in '19?

Different perspective: Of course they care, for several reasons:
It's affecting their workforce significantly by killing off their workers and customers, and scaring others into reducing or eliminating their presence as workers and customers.
It's allowing people to work from home, and those people realize they could have always worked from home, and that keeping them in a building unnecessarily was a form of bullshit control by the elites.
After such drastic changes to how much of our workforce operates, many people in lower-paying jobs are reevaluating what amount of pay is worth coming into work. The minimum wage debate was already raging before COVID, and now, employers are hurting enough to capitulate just to get a workforce back.
COVID doesn't care how rich you are and has killed off elites.
Elites absolutely care about threats to THEM. It's just that very few things are actually capable of threatening them. COVID happens to be one of them, so now we're seeing them react with "empathy" to try to get COVID under control so they can go back to fucking people over.

IMHO, by limiting your definition of elites, you're doing them a HUGE favor and letting a LOT of people off the hook just because you're hyperfocused on the Big Names that make things more cinematic.

I understand what you're saying, but I am somewhat suspicious that the tendency around here to label only the SUPER rich "elites" is to avoid the slippery-slope of labeling large business owners, certain corporations, and people like, say, Trump as "elites." Because then you'd be fighting the wrong kind of rich people for your political alignment.
That's not an accusation. I just notice that Q people sound a LOT like the "socialist liberals" as long as we don't travel too far down the line of rich people to blame. Which is a shame, in my opinion.

Well, in all fairness, they do care very deeply if you don't pay your taxes or your fines. In DC, the only efficient gov service is parking ticket and traffic citations. In blue MD, the tax collector will hound you to Hell for $200.
