Actually, it’s not. It’s only approved to start clinical trials. And it’s not the same thing as what’s in the Pfizer jab, but they’re using this “approval” to convince people the jab has been approved! It’s a lie! Just like everything else they’ve said! And absolutely, the reason they came out so hard against Ivermectin and HCQ was because if it was shown to be an effective treatment for COVID, they would not have gotten Emergency Use Authorization for these poison jabs. The pandemic was created as an excuse to start mass inoculation with a depopulation injection. Just listen to the stuff they say - they readily admit it. I also am beginning to be convinced that the reason the jabs don’t work against COVID (and anti-parasitical drugs like Ivermectin and HCQ do) is because what we’ve been told is a “virus” actually is NOT a virus. Again, the jabs were never intended to “vaccinate” against the virus - the “virus” was created to instill fear and convince people to take the jab which has a completely different (and sinister) purpose. And what if we’re actually being infected with some sort of parasite that’s causing this illness that the jabs don’t protect against. Wouldn’t that be the perfect scam?

I suspect this is a boomerang thrown by President Trump. He was advocating for HCQ and other therapeutics prior to the medical "experts" full on blitz to shut them down, saying they're ineffective. If memory serves, only after this did he initiate Operation Warp Speed under the assumption there were no effective treatments.
Who claimed there were no effective Coof treatments? Who claimed ventilators were necessary? Who wrote the specifications for the vaccines? Who manufactured the vaccines, and did they follow said specifications?
The false idols of the scientific community will die.

You are right that is the reason initially; however, I believe that now that it has been curing cancer, Big Pharma is getting involved and wants to make it illegal or at the very least, very hard to get.
Yup, we knew that a year ago when Trump mentioned it. Why would Trump a guy who has probably never heard of these drugs out of the clear blue mention it is a cure for the CCP virus? Because his people knew it was from the start! They knew exactly what the DS was up to.
It definitely wasn't just a coincidence that Trump happened to mention it as a treatment. Everything points to the White Hats "having it all" but damn this is torture waiting for the hammer of justice to drop.
