“It has been used by millions of people around the world exhibiting a wide margin of clinical safety. In this review, we summarize the in vitro and in vivo evidences demonstrating that ivermectin exerts antitumor effects in different types of cancer. Ivermectin interacts with several targets including the multidrug resistance protein (MDR), the Akt/mTOR and WNT-TCF pathways, the purinergic receptors, PAK-1 protein, certain cancer-related epigenetic deregulators such as SIN3A and SIN3B, RNA helicase, chloride channel receptors and preferentially target cancer stem-cell like population.
Importantly, the in vitro and in vivo antitumor activities of ivermectin are achieved at concentrations that can be clinically reachable based on the human pharmacokinetic studies done in healthy and parasited patients. Thus, existing information on ivermectin could allow its rapid move into clinical trials for cancer patients.”

“Ivermectin has powerful antitumor effects, including the inhibition of proliferation, metastasis, and angiogenic activity, in a variety of cancer cells. This may be related to the regulation of multiple signaling pathways by ivermectin through PAK1 kinase. On the other hand, ivermectin promotes programmed cancer cell death, including apoptosis, autophagy and pyroptosis. Ivermectin induces apoptosis and autophagy is mutually regulated. Interestingly, ivermectin can also inhibit tumor stem cells and reverse multidrug resistance and exerts the optimal effect when used in combination with other chemotherapy drugs.”

“Ivermectin proposes many potentials effects to treat a range of diseases, with its antimicrobial, antiviral, and anti-cancer properties as a wonder drug. It is highly effective against many microorganisms including some viruses. In this comprehensive systematic review, antiviral effects of ivermectin are summarized including in vitro and in vivo studies over the past 50 years. Several studies reported antiviral effects of ivermectin on RNA viruses such as Zika, dengue, yellow fever, West Nile, Hendra, Newcastle, Venezuelan equine encephalitis, chikungunya, Semliki Forest, Sindbis, Avian influenza A, Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome, Human immunodeficiency virus type 1, and severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2. Furthermore, there are some studies showing antiviral effects of ivermectin against DNA viruses such as Equine herpes type 1, BK polyomavirus, pseudorabies, porcine circovirus 2, and bovine herpesvirus 1. Ivermectin plays a role in several biological mechanisms, therefore it could serve as a potential candidate in the treatment of a wide range of viruses including COVID-19 as well as other types of positive-sense single-stranded RNA viruses.”

“This is a randomized, doubled-blind and placebo-controlled phase II study that will evaluate the efficacy of the early use of ivermectin plus losartan in cancer patients who present with recent diagnosis of COVID-19.
The trial will enroll 176 patients with previous diagnosis of active cancer (88 in each arm) and the aim of the study is to assess the efficacy of these drugs combination to decrease the incidence of COVID-19 severe complications. Patients will receive single dose ivermectin of 12mg after the confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19, followed by 15 days of losartan.
We believe that the association of anti-viral activity of the ivermectin plus the extracellular blockade of the receptor used by the virus will decrease the overall viremia and subsequently improve clinical outcomes.”

“In our current study, we demonstrated that ivermectin displayed preclinical activity against hematologic malignancies in vitro and delayed tumor growth in vivo at concentrations that appear pharmacologically achievable. Mechanistically, ivermectin induced chloride influx, membrane hyperpolarization, and generated reactive oxygen species (ROS). Furthermore, ivermectin synergized with cytarabine and daunorubicin. Thus, given its prior safety and toxicity testing, ivermectin could be rapidly advanced into clinical trial for patients with leukemia.”

“Oesophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), the most common form of oesophageal malignancies in the Asia-Pacific region, remains a major clinical challenge. In this study, we found that ivermectin, an effective antiparasitic drug that has been approved for patients to orally treat onchocerciasis for over 30 years, displayed potent antitumour activity against ESCC cells in vitro and in nude mice. We demonstrated that ivermectin significantly inhibited cell viability and colony formation, and induced apoptosis through a mitochondrial-dependent manner in ESCC cells. Ivermectin also abrogated ESCC cell migration, invasion, as well as the protein levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9. Mechanistically, ivermectin strongly inhibited the expression of PAK1; by further gain- and loss-of-function experiments, we confirmed that PAK1 played a crucial role in ivermectin-mediated inhibitory effects on ESCC cells. In addition, the data indicated that ivermectin promoted PAK1 degradation through the proteasome-dependent pathway. Additionally, ivermectin synergized with chemotherapeutic drugs including cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil to induce apoptosis of ESCC cells. Interestingly, the in vivo experiments also confirmed that ivermectin effectively suppressed tumour growth and lung metastasis of ESCC. Collectively, these results indicate that ivermectin exerts a potent antitumour activity against ESCC and is a promising therapeutic candidate drug for ESCC patients, even those carrying metastasis.”

“In human ovarian cancer and NF2 tumor cell lines, high-dose ivermectin inactivates protein kinase PAK1 and blocks PAK1-dependent growth. PAK proteins are essential for cytoskeletal reorganization and nuclear signaling, PAK1 being implicated in tumor genesis while inhibiting PAK1 signals induces tumor cell apoptosis (cell death).
PAK1 is essential for the growth of more than 70% of all human cancers, including breast, prostate, pancreatic, colon, gastric, lung, cervical and thyroid cancers, as well as hepatoma, glioma, melanoma, multiple myeloma and for neurofibromatosis tumors.110”
Just my own observation but my (based) boss had some cancer tumors they found a while back. Local doctors wanted to immediately put him through chemo, do a million tests, set up daily visits, all that. Instead he went to this holistic doctor that gave him a prescription of ivermectin and some vitamin and diet recommendations. About a month later the tumors are all shrunk by a huge amount and a couple of them are totally gone. Big pharma is a scam.
I feel the need to point out that Ivermectin is still produced by Big Pharma. Just because it's cheaper than some alternatives doesn't mean Big Pharma doesn't produce it and benefit financially from it.
What do you think they will do now that it seems like the cat is out of the bag that it cures cancer?
Yes
I believe Ivermectin falls into a classification of drugs called ‘anthelmintics’ which would also include fenbendazole (heartgaurd/Panacur C) which you can also research online and find that it has been tested on humans for decades at dosages of 1500-2000mg/day and had 0 adverse side effects. This is also the same ‘anthelmintic’ that Joe Tippens claims cured his STAGE 4 cancer at 300-400mg/day as recommended to him by a Veterinarian!!
Mycancerstory.rocks
Something is afoot with the anthelmintics and I do believe these compounds can cure cancer and many other maladies which has been suppressed due to big $$$.
They would only benefit in the short term if they mass “dewormed” everyone. A patient cured is a patient lost.
Then why leave it on the market now that it seems to be common knowledge (at least around here) that it cures cancer?
Streisand effect. Also, it’s used to deworm livestock and pets. Also, hundreds of millions of people use it regularly to fight malaria and for other antiparasitic uses.
Hidden in plane sight. We have more then we know.
There is NO financial benefit to big pharma by releasing a cure for ANYTHING.
It has the word HARM in it for a reason. In plain sight.
Does anyone else remember when creepy Joe promised to release the cure for cancer if he were elected president?
Promise kept?
Could this be why 3rd worlders don't get cancer like the rest of the world? They get access to these meds without a hassle.
Yes
It appears that if it kills parasites (Mebendazole, fenbendazole, IV Vitamin C, etc.) then it may be able to cure cancer.
So Hulda Clark, Arlie Reiff, Bob Beck and The Parasite Pill book are all right?
My MiL has been using fenbendazole for her glioblastoma. She has surgery, radiation, chemo 1-1/2years ago. Age 87, and no reoccurrence yet. Doing so amazingly well. We believe in fenben.
We currently purchase fenben on Amazon- we prefer the powder rather than capsule and it comes with a spoon- called FenBen Lab, fenbendazole powder. Spoon says 222mg. My guess is less than 1/8 tsp. Bottle of powder is $119. Will last ages. Tested by lab for purity. She uses one tiny spoon a day with a tsp. of pure pressed coconut oil (Oil taken at same time helps the fenben cross blood brain barrier) I suggest looking up Joe Tippens Protocol on internet. I tried this myself to see what it was like before letting her begin. It is flavorless and I had no reaction of any kind to it. My husband and I now take it the first 7 days of each month as preventative...
Panacur will have very small amount. You will be happy to have the larger FenBen lab bottle. But we also began with Panacur
Thanks for the link, fren. My stepmother is currently fighting a 7 year battle with cancer. I will pass this on to her.
I have personally taken Fenbendazole for the past 2 years now prophylactically. I do 3 days at the same recommended dose for my weight as a dog would get and had 0 side effects. Just mixed the powder with lemonade/orange juice.
If I was ever diagnosed with cancer I would follow the Joe Tippen regimine daily dosing. The first year I took it I started out with 1/4 dose day 1, 1/2 dose day 2, 3/4 day 3, and then full dose days 4, 5, and 6 so I was at full dose for 3 days. I did this just as a precaution to make sure I didn’t get sick or have side effects. Was anticlimactic - like putting Metamucil in a juice for increase fiber.
I don’t feel any different after either good or bad, but if it can’t hurt me, what have I really lost?”
Simply because one thing that a person said is correct does not mean that everything they've said is correct.
Hulda Clark is the most obvious scam in the world and if you can't see that by reading, "zapper" and "syncrometer" then you should really reevaluate some things.
Here's one for ya:

I've taken some horse paste and this would make a bit of sense to me. The "feeling" of Ivermectin is very much similar to lion's mane, a mushroom extract that has re-myelination properties. The tingle feels similar.
Amazingly corrupt planet!
Did you know MS is basically nonexistent below the equator? Did you know they use lots of hydroxycloroquine below the equator? Hummmmmm
In our cancer groups people are using all sorts of dewormers against cancer. Different molecules work on different types and metabolic pathways.
This is such a great, high quality post. I appreciate all the sources and the study summaries you added. I will definitely be printing these out (and emailing) to show all of my medical professionals that I interact with. Keep up the great work, pede. This post should be stickied IMO.
👍👌👊
HOLY FUCKARONI, this is YUUUUGE.
As someone who had a close relative get Stage 3'd and go through the chemo / radio racket, I'll be sure to keep a close eye on this.
Thanks for sharing OP. I'd buy you a coffee but awards haven't been implemented yet.
👍👌👊
Saving for later thanks
Good post. Good sources. We need more of this on the site, rather than the usual made up or misinterpreted bullshit with bad/no sources.
We are using fenben on my 87 yo mother in law for glioblastoma with good results so far. She took it for two weeks before her brain surgery, radiation, chemo. She stopped during the chemo. After all that she started fenben 4 days a week for 6 months. Now she does 7 days in a row- 21 days off. No reoccurrence of cancer for 1-1/2 years. We believe in fenbendazole
👍👌👊

You dont know what cancer is study Aajonus Vonderplanitz. On his diet u have 98% reversal of all cancers its just a detox tumors are nescessary when toxic and must be allowed to be exstant they serve a purpose you dont understand clearly if you think attacking the body with poison is a cure…
