But my question is.. If a company follows the mandate and coerces thier employees to get the jab, Wouldn’t it be a HIPAA violation and Amendment violation for them to disclose this information to anyone including the GOVERNMENT?! How is that not a civil right violation?

well in my state there is no wrongfully termination so therefore a private company can fire someone without giving reason so technically they could fire you based off your race and not disclose why they fire you.
they don't have to - they can report data in the aggregate. No-one is asking for private information of private individuals.
Wouldn't it be a simple "Are 100% of your employees COVID jabbed? If not, send us a big fat check for each unvaxxed employee!" Actual data would only be required if audited?
They are saying they can request you provide the data but the data they give the government is only the numbers if employees unvaccinated not specific people names

who they? government? they don't. Employer will. All the govt needs to know is that 99.9% of company's employees are vaxxed. Cuz that is the plan. And that is all they need to know.
I'm not sure I understand the question. You submit your vaccination card to your employer (HR) by hand or by specially created web portal or database. HR will calculate the vaccinated vs unvaccinated and will or will not allow you work based on that. I'm just not sure how each employer will be verifying the vaccination validity provided to them though. Lot numbers or serial numbers of vaccination by calling to doctors or CVS? Maybe database for verification is unrolling as we speak. Im sure they have thought of all of this.

If you do not provide them with what they want, they can fire you and you will not be receiving unemployment benefits. Assuming you are residing in the state with at will employment it can happen any moment.
The only thing is - vax injured people due to employer's mandate now will be able to sue employer. However, the govt and the manufacturer already has immunity against lawsuits. I would not be surprised if employers get it soon too by passing state laws or federal sweep. Thus, no-one responsible for the damages done. Not to mention, when you get a vaccine, you sign a paper that you are doing it at your own volition. So.. suing employer is not 100% given but can be only tried at this point. Not to mention that vax injury is almost impossible to prove and Medical Board just announced that those docs that will be speaking against narrative will be stripped off their licenses. Its really, really, really far gone. I've been watching this for 15 years. Some for decades. None of this is new to many of us. We are really far into it now.
Why wouldn't you be able to receive unemployment benefits if you're fired? The company would have a opportunity to contest the unemployment but all you need to state is this wasn't policy when you were hired and you should beat that I believe.
