"My fellow Americans" is definitely a presidential phrase. I'm guessing it's gonna be Biden or possibly Harris. Coming from either one of them, it would give it a much different meaning.
If it doesn't come directly from President Trump, I wouldn't trust it to be "the" official announcement. Sure, he's banned from Twitter, but he's got his Save America website where he pumps out press releases constantly. I'm counting on President Trump making that statement ("My fellow Americans, the storm is upon us..." ) using his own platform instead of posting it on Twitter.
That Q post #55 re: the "storm is upon us" message being posted on Twitter was from almost 4 years ago - several years before Trump got blocked from Twitter.

Look to Twitter:
Exactly this: "My fellow Americans, the Storm is upon us......."
God bless.
If we're operating on the "Biden is a white hat" theory, then it's him. Or it could be the US Army, or Scavino. Think about any picture involving Trump and the Q team.
What if any significance is there to the 7 periods at the end of the statement? Is says Exactly this in quotes, do you think the quotes are included as well? Does it have to be posted on twitter with the quotes and periods to be exact? I would say yes.
I personally think Don Jr is barely even involved in any of this. I mean he’s shilling Triller at the moment like a paid influencer. I think it would be someone incredibly unexpected like Pelosi (I don’t at all think it would be her, I’m just saying as unexpected as her, like a staunch democrat who turns out was an undercover patriot)
The message has already been delivered on Twitter by thousands of people posting it recently. Q said "Look to Twitter" and sure enough, there it was. Q didn't say who would be saying it. As it turned out, a lot of people said it.

I could see that happening.

I wouldn’t be surprised if @Jack said it

Not really sure but I have the feeling it won't be Trump.
I agree, at this point it can't be him, the optics would be awful for someone who is trying to remain isolated.

It's safe to assume the actual message, at the appropriate time, would come from someone who would have an substantial impact, not some average joe...
Why would one assume that?
WWG1WGA after all.
Together, we have a substantial impact.
Thousands of random people posting that message is super cringe. It just makes us look like idiots.
