Doubt that was Paul Wolfowitz, rather Newsmax got scammed like Mike Lindell did during one of his live broadcasts.
Seeing the full clip, there's this weird cut-in that sounds like a soundboard of the word "Newsmax" from the actual Paul Wolfowitz when he says "Newsmax are terrorists", then the caller continues talking.

Right around 1:27.
You might be right about it being a prank.
I totally hear what you are saying “Newsmax” was added separately IMO
Him saying, "Newsmax" doesn't make much sense in the context of how they follow up after that. I think it was dubbed in to cover up a name or group. They respond with it being political. Calling out a private news company doesn't sound very political.
Getting one of them to cross their arms over their head on air ... yep, prank.
Or he said, "The Jews" and they dubbed in newsmax. It made no sense for him to say, "as a friend of this station" and then for different sounding audio to say, "newsmax ."
Maybe he said Trump and not The Jews?
It really doesn’t seem like he said Newsmax.
I just said the first thing that came off the top of my head but after hearing it a few times, I think you are correct.
youtube removed it. something must be right
Perhaps this was a White Hat setup against Newsmax (controlled opposition / undercover Clowns In America opps) to let them (Fake News Media) know that “Pain Is Coming.”
Notice there was no live video feed of Wolfowitz, making the sting against Newsmax easy to pull off live on the air?
I haven’t trusted Newsmax since just right after the election when they so easily started calling Buydin, “President Elect.”
Hmmm 🤔
I haven't trusted Newsmax since Christopher Ruddy stopped doing real investigations like he did with Ron Brown, Vince Foster, etc.
Hey, anything is possible, can't rule it out unless we know for sure and we don't.
I thought his voice sounded too young, without being familiar with his voice.
Mike…that professional carrot dangler.
Lol
