My BFF took a job teaching kindergarten and assisting with writing with a couple older autistic kids. She has 6 young kids and throughout the day 3 autistic kids come for tutoring also. No para. She says this is the easiest fucking job she's ever had. She's at a private school where good behavior is required. Astonishing, as almost all the teachers that I know act like they're dying. Probably the system, but systemic laziness and playing the victim constantly is also apparently exhausting. Add "feral" children to the mix and I'd imagine it's s shitshow in the public schools where everyone gets a trophy and no one gets punished. These people are beyond stupid.
We need to stop the public school system. Destroy it and start over with people who actually know something and have life experience. These teachers are mostly all on psych meds FFS!!

I majored in elementary education for a couple semesters and hated every single minute of it. It was awful. They spent far too much time on WHO I would be teaching and not WHAT I would be teaching or even how. Identity politics sucked up a lot of the coursework. I couldn't make myself finish.
That said, I wouldn't mind helping kids to learn, but there's no way I would do it in a public school, especially in my city.
Open a school house for homeschoolers. Someone I know did that recently and the waiting list to get in is a mile long.

They call them learning pods or something like that. They are the halfway house between public schools and pure homeschooling.
Well we don't call it that. We are just homeschoolers. And some choose to participate in the school house on certain days, some full time.
Imagine if 3 normal adults with skills could gather 30 kids and educate them k-12 on their own. Im betting they would be educated and well adjusted young adults. 3 people, 30 kids...we have retired people who would be great! Don't a lot of folks volunteer after they retire? Why not do something that could change the world? Better than being a candy striper for the NWO BIOMEDICAL Fascists!

A lot of the teachers are terrible instructors who do nothing but read a lesson plan that was created for them.
I had a psych teacher like that. Her first words to the class (it was crowded) was "Half of you need to leave." I stayed because I needed the credit.
My wife teaches and many of her friends. It's crazy the shit that happens and the environments of some of these kids. Destroy it all. Hell 90% of everything they learn will be available on the web. They need to learn real critical thinking and skills and we could have people through school probably by 9th grade or earlier other than some mental development
The public school system destroyed society faster than anything else in history. It absolutely needs to end forever.
Stereotypes are not helpful. There are many good teachers who love their kids, buy them food out of their own paycheck and try to get kids to learn how to think. Saying they are all evil or untalented shows you don't believe God has His teachers in schools for His purposes.
90% of teachers are liberals. Don't like the stereotype? Change it.

Haven't seen anyone on here organizing. I'd be willing to help you stand up. Lots of us would. But that doesn't change the fact that the system is too broken to fix. Can you start a homeschool? Small? Get donations?
I'm going to guess this differs a lot based on location. I think my local schools are doing a lot of things right. Not perfect, but not bad. Parents have do their part, too.
The system is based off the early communist model. Teachers spend hundreds of hours themselves being spoon fed social bullshit. The kids, a vast majority of them, can't even count back change with a computer. The system is dead everywhere. Give it time and your community will look and act just like inner city ghettos. Communism has been implemented there a little longer is all.
I worked with a girl who was really crazy. She told me she has to trust her hubby and doc and do what they say or be locked up. She said crazy people dont know what they do thats crazy.
And I know most everyone I went to school with all became teachers because they didnt know what else to do with their college degree. They hate it, they are miserable. No dedication and it shows.
