Because it never was their job to tally numbers and declare a winner. They were set out to check how many ballots were subject to what kind of fraud and submit that to the Senate and the AG.

At the very beginning it was stated that the purpose of the conference was to share the findings of the Cyber Ninja audit. It is not the job of Cyber Ninja to overturn the election. That will be a different process and we will see that later on. Hang in there - takes time!

They only audited one county, and discovered it was riddled with errors and uncertifiable. And they made it clear that more errors could be discovered if their mandate can be expanded. If 50% of the ballots were fraudulent, they'd have to guess what they should've been, which they obviously shouldn't do. With signature audit, they'll probably find votes to throw out, but they can never replace votes that were thrown out and never counted, which is something that was revealed by canvassing, at least in part.

To paraphrase Donald Rumsfeld: "It's the unknown unknowns that get ya."

If other counties are like this (which they don't know because they didn't look), they'd honestly have no proof of anybody winning. It's kind of like discovering that a bingo caller was cheating by magnetizing balls from the hopper: you still have no way of knowing who would've won if he had been honest. The best you can do is say "We caught him in the act!" And that's what they did.

I'm sorry if there is an obvious answer to this question, but can someone please help me understand why a final number count of votes for Biden vs. Trump wasn't presented to us during the senate hearing?

It was presented. It was close enough to the official results as to be "verified." That is not really that surprising. They have had almost a year to get that all squared away and it went through two other recounts.

I would have thought that after doing a full forensic audit, they would share findings as to who they believe actually won the state based on 100% genuine ballots, all the fraudulent ones removed.

I was a little surprised they didn't go into details on the paper, computer filled in ballots, etc. Perhaps their findings were inconclusive and that was why it wasn't included, or perhaps those findings were rolled into other numbers. What was presented was more than damning enough though.

They did present issues with over 300,000 ballots. That was huge.

What blows is the only "total tally" numbers presented today showed that Trump still lost and McSally still lost. That's literally the ONLY thing the MSM will probably report from the whole 3.5 hour presentation. :-(

Are you really not aware how secret ballot elections work? How is this misconception still floating around here?

Once the ballots are separated from the registration envelopes, you cannot remove (or change) votes based on any determination of the fraudulence of any registration, because secret ballots (for good reason) prevent post-separation correlation of registrations and ballots.. We were never going to get some sort of updated total showing what Trump won. That's just not possible. What is possible, and what was conclusively shown, is that the election was so absurdly compromised that the results need to be invalidated. (Note: if paper/ballot analysis determines a ballot forged, then those could conceivably removed, but that's just part of the cheat).
