If you are new to the sport you might love it. Those of us that were with Nascar before the decline aren’t interested. After that tragic day in 2001 it started changing little by little. Just like any other corporation it’s about the money. I hung on for several years. The last straw was banning the rebel flag to please the political correct crowd that didn’t know anything about racing. Watch a few races and then watch the old races on YouTube. 70, 80 & 90s that’s when it was really great!
spot on ... noosecar died in 2001 and try as they could, it just went downhill due to the board of directors making one after another poor decisions and then they really drove a spike in it by alienating the fans by the flag ban.
I was always an Earnhardt fan so it really died for me in 2001. We continued to watch for a few more years until they slowly, then quickly destroyed what it once was. I believe if he had lived it might have continued strong. He had so much influence on the day to day policies. Him & France were great friends. I’m thankful for my memories with the sport and being able to see it in person.
Heck YEAH spot-ON. They shoulda kept the flag. Just more cancel culture FAGGOTS. I want ALL historic statues replaced after the war is over. Oh, don’t forget the 60’s?!!
AH yes the Alabama gang ** Alan kulwiki sponsorless winner and so many more memories of good oldays of racing, i have them. Cannot be bothered with the horseshit today sad
My first race experience was the Daytona 500 first televised race. My dad went to races & I watched with him. That fight with the Allison’s & Yarborough is still one of my best memories.
This makes me want to watch NASCAR, NASCAR should put it in their commercials to increase attendance and viewership

Maybe you'd appreciate the Mr. Bergis/Burgess calls... the first one was about political correctness in NASCAR.

Me too. I’ve never watched it before in my life but as of this moment I’m a huge fan! Fuck Joe Biden!
I should clarify. I’m a fan of the fans but as we know everything woke turns to shit!
Watch out for those nooses on the garage doors though.
