look, i don't hate atheists... I'm just embarrased that I ever called myself one

Yup, belief is a choice. For some people, it's not an intellectual problem, but a heart problem.
There is more to this Great Awakening than Declas.
I’ve been feeling lately that “it will be biblical” and “the end won’t be for everyone” leads me to believe that maybe the rapture is coming soon
It will be biblical because all the world's most powerful people will be exposed...doesn't necessarily mean end of days I don't think.
I know it doesn’t have to be, but we know that the world is Satans playground and ultimately Jesus will return to end his fun.
So the end times has to happen at some point and with the worldwide corruption in nearly everything (media, govt, pharma, banking, etc…) either Q has the greatest plan ever to correct every aspect of all of our lives, or Q has some kind of insight into the end times.
The only plan that is truly unstoppable is a plan God has made. NCSWIC
How could Q or Military possibly know when the Biblical Rapture will happen? No mortals know that.
I'm the same as you fren, i don't think those sayings are metaphorical.
I took a dive into project looking glass after Q mentioned it, I think about it regularly. Here's an interview.

You might of already seen this and I'm not sure how credible it is, but long story short the elites are scared of a event in the future that they can't stop or have control over.
I and many others believe this is the rapture.
well, that guy is pretty certain in himself that religion is hogswash and that there exists a federation of alien races and planets. No kidding. He says humanity has to prove itself worthy of freedom and ascension first, or something of that ilk.
I am ashamed to have called myself an atheist at one point. It didn't last long thankfully as just thinking about it logically showed me that the atheist position is an inherently stupid and nonsensical one (nothing against atheists though, some of them are intellectual behemoths after all).
Funnily enough, it was a description from Deepak Chopra that stuck with me and made absolute sense and which struck down the atheist argument for me. He said that existence is a field of pure potentiality and that nothing that is could ever be unless the potential for it was there already.
Think what you will about Deepak Chopra - I know he's twee as fuck and probably wrong on most things. Probably even a bad guy at heart, who knows. But you cannot tell me that that little description doesn't ring completely true and doesn't dissolve any silly notion of lucky accidents etc.
That one chimed with me. It made the most fundamental sense. How can any creature have any characteristic that wasn't already there in potential?
That's why I take the view that there are really no inventions, that all inventions are essentially really only new ways to apply discoveries. Don't know if I'm expressing that clearly.
He does have a different idea of what the event is about. He even says that he has no idea what the event is.
I think when that video was made Christianity wasn't as big a part in the truth community as the whole higher ascension of thought or global enlightenment was, this was the era of 2012 spirituality and I think bill wood was a part of that.
I never believed that all what we see around us just happened by sheer luck out out of nothing.
Everywhere I look I see things that have a purpose, have a look around yourself find something in the world that is pointless even if it's for decoration, grass feeds animals, bushes protect animals, soil for plants, minerals for health.
Even if we make something to have no purpose to prove a point we ascribe it to have meaning. It's inescapable.
How are we, the most important beings on earth be the only things without purpose.
After Tribulation!
I’m torn on pre-trib and post-trib. I see the argument for both
I go with the LORD Matthew 24!
I heard a pastor use Matt 24 to say pre-trib. Matt 24:22 “ But for the sake of the elect those days will be cut short.”
He used this verse
That's cuz it will be shorter than 7 years of Tribulation!
I agree!
Not all Freemasons are the same. There are many who are aware of what is going on.
They’ve been building a religion of ‘science’ and ‘reason’ to replace the One True God.
Science and reason, in the true sense of the word, are good things. They’ve been misrepresented (especially lately).
Christ lives. After gazing at the dragon and shadow side of humanity, my conviction and conversion are stronger than ever.
there are many interpretations of Revelations. some of the best I've heard discuss John's vision in terms of celestial mandates; the "War in Heaven" has implications for the material world, but the Earth is not the primary theatre.
Jesus already redeemed the world, yet we still do not follow His command "Peace be with you." Jesus does not destroy but saves.
Sometimes. It just takes growing up to gain wisdom
Read Revelation Ch. 20. You know what 7 years Subtracted from Agenda 2030 equals? == 2023. The 7 year tribulation will wipe the Antichrist out but there will still be people alive not in God’s kingdom and outside the gates during Christ’s 1,000 millennial reign here on the earth. Gog and Magog will exist and suffer for 1,000 years before they are defeated by fire from heaven. Klausse Schwabb is getting these losers ready to eat bugs for the next millennium which will be THEIR fate… not MINE
Sigh... Communist are NOT Atheists. I'm an Atheist. Communist worship the government like its god. They are the worst sort of religious fanatics. They will say/do anything to please their god... the government. Look carefully at Communism and you will wake up and realize its a theocratic religion. The halls of government are their churches. The halls of higher education are their temples.
This is why you can't reason with that 4-10% that Q talks about. They are beyond reason. They are true believers. They believe their all knowing all powerful god, the government, can do no wrong and will always provide for them. They have been brainwashed sense they were very young like any other religious fanatic. Its part of their DNA. It can't be undone easily.
You aren't regretting being an atheist. You most likely regret worshiping leftist dogma and BS. If you truly found god then maybe that is the path for you but be absolutely clear with yourself about what you used to believe vs what you believe now.
This battle is not about a LACK of faith... its about a large group of people worshiping themselves as if they collectively are god. Its pure hubris, and that's why it is doomed to failure every time they try it.
Googling the definition of 'atheist' i got: "a person who disbelieves or lacks belief in the existence of God or gods."
From there, a lack of belief don't seem to be an assertion. Although i agree that to assert there is none is not a position a person can make an informed declaration of.
But ya gotta understand how it sounds to a non-religious person to hear 'until Jesus Christ destroys it at Armageddon.' Just think of how it would sound for another person to say the same sort of thing about their religion's Armageddon being the only way out of these tough times. Just gotta do some extrapolation.
I'm curious what part is horseshit. I looked up the definition of 'atheist' and copy/pasted it. "a person who disbelieves or lacks belief in the existence of God or gods."
These definitions, the ones of atheist and agnostic seems to be closely brimmed up against eachother like bubbles to the point where they mildly overlap.
Definition of agnostic from Google: "a person who believes that nothing is known or can be known of the existence or nature of God or of anything beyond material phenomena; a person who claims neither faith nor disbelief in God." So it looks like an agnostic says 'i dont have enough info, so i don't believe there is or isn't a god, so i have no belief.' But in the definition of atheist is also a lack of belief. Just seems to be all muddle up in semantics.
To disbelieve means "to reject a belief." In other words, it means to believe it isn't true.
A Theist is
An Atheist is
Regardless of the definition you found having a looser meaning (lacks belief), it does contain the colloquial definition, which is "disbelieves in God" AKA "believes there is no God."
I have had, at one point or another, many friends (people I would speak with regularly) that are atheists. They believe there is no God. They have the opposite of the beliefs of a Theist. They don't question whether or not the Theists are wrong, they state straight up, "the theists are wrong, there is no God."
Having said that, many will, when cornered, admit they are more anti-Christian definition of God than strictly stating that there is no possibility that the universe was created by intent. When asked that specific question most will say, "I don't know."
What I am saying is, its more complicated than what you are suggesting.
In the colloquial, within the definition you have provided, and in its root, "atheist" means the belief there is no God. In practice it commonly means "there is no Christian God" (guy up in the sky who cares about us personally and created the universe just for little ole' us who believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross to save us from our sins).
Hey, you forgot to call me a cuck. j/k.
Thanks for the calm non-malicious response.
I think at bottom i agree with the point that to say "They don't question whether or not the Theists are wrong, they state straight up, the theists are wrong, there is no God," is definitely an intellectually dishonest position to have. I think you're right and i just looked at the definitions in a lot "looser" way and felt the other guys were just being sort of pedantic.
Your reaction to me is way worse than the atheist's reaction to OP. It really just seems to be semantics where one word offers a clarifier.
Atheist: I don't believe.
Agnostic: I don't believe, because--
Although it was interesting to find out that typing in a word and pressing Enter is grovelling.
So if i were to find a virtually identical definition from a different publication, what would be the argument which would replace the 'Google is evil' argument going on here?
Additionally, my feelings aren't hurt-- you're just angry text on a screen with the temperament of a teenage bully who enjoys name calling.
A lack of belief is not the declarative statement that there is no god.
The definition is the definition and you seem to be intentionally misunderstanding it.
You're taking the position that lacks belief and equating it with an assertion that there is no god. I personally don't know how anyone could say such a thing. The Universe is more vast than anything we can fathom and we hardly know anything about it... So, at the same time, feeling so confident in your version of spirituality as THE truth and THE only truth is arrogant and ignorant, IMO.
Personally, I think there's much more going on than any religion can explain... Before there were rocks, there was consciousness.
Theist: A person who accepts the claim in the existence of a god or gods
Atheist: NOT ^
Gnostic: To know, a person who believes they know their position is correct
Agnostic NOT ^
There's 4 stances you can hold
Gnostic Theist: I accept the claim that there is a god or gods, and I know it
Agnostic Theist: I accept the claim that there is a god, but I don't know it
Gnostic Atheist: I don't accept the claim that there is a god, and I know there is not
Agnostic Atheist: I don't accept the claim there is a god, but I don't know it
If someone says to me "I claim that there is a god, do you accept this claim?" and I say "No, I don't accept this claim" that isn't the same thing as me saying "No, I accept the opposite claim, that there is not a god"
What you call "atheist" is "gnostic atheist" which is sometimes referred to as "hard atheism"
What you call "agnostic" is "agnostic atheist."
Agnostic isn't a thing on its own, it's only a qualifier of your perceived level of knowledge of the aforementioned claim.
