Not getting how a County can overrule the state. Fire those asshats at the County cause the work, ultimately, for the state.

Counties are to states what states should be to the federal government.
Isn't that how decentralization is supposed to work? State overrules federal, county overrules state?
County commissioners- they'll need to be voted out and the Florida county in question, Leon, uses Dominion voting software. It'll be worth it if the voters of the county can take their civic duty seriously and also get Dominion out of the county (and state).

There is currently a defense contractor in Florida imposing a vax mandate on it’s 3000+ employees, 180,000 employees globally.
DeDantis's mandate only extends to State, County, and City workers, not Fed employees or probate business.

Same thing here also, my friend had a deadline of 10/8, then company found out almost half the employees refused to vaxx and they pushed the deadline to sometime later in Nov. Friend is currently looking for a new job just in case they fire her.

He can't. The Federal govt can't. Neither can the city or county govts. Constitutional protections ONLY prohibit govt entities from imposing tyranny on The People. There isn't a constitution in the land, either Federal or State that says otherwise.
