But... the CCDA statement was only released on Thursday, 14 October 2021. Let's give it a few days or give it until the CCDA carries out the rather direct implication of the statement about SEALs having to pay for their training.
I'd keep an eye for this issue to get picked up by Steve Bannon on the Warroom. Bannon has Sr. Chief Eddie Gallagher on regularly discussing the Pipe Hitter Foundation and its activities.

This CCDA statement targeting Navy SEALs appears to be unique among the branches of the armed forces and spec ops organizations specifically.
One could make a case there is more going on here than meets the eye. Who, in their right mind, would pick a fight with a Navy SEAL, let alone a lot of Navy SEALS, and to do so openly. publicly, and apparently in writing?
Someone either has a death wish or is picking a fight... or more likely baiting a trap.
So... who do you think the American people are going to back if the CCDA attempts to piss down the backs of the Navy SEALs and tell them its raining?

No, not more, about the same. It's just that the SeALs are America's Golden boys now, so anything pertaining to them is "big" news.
This is a threat. The word "may" in government speak is a suggestion, not an order. Just because they say they "may" do something, doesn't mean they will, or even can. We already know the Navy and DOD can't afford to lose even dozens of SeALs. They're the focus right now, but this also extends to the rest of Navy SOCOM, EOD and SWCC crews, too. And from what I'm hearing from my AD EOD buddies is, the Navy's about to lose thousands of highly trained Special Operators.
We need civilians to band together with our Special Operators and sue the shit out of DOD/Navy for this. They and their families can't sue for anything that happens while they're on Active Duty, but civilians can do it for them.
