They've been doing that for years tho. They offer poor african countries guaranteed loans in exchange for their most precious commodity. Usually rare earth minerals. They bring in teachers to teach chinese to the locals and get land deals on top of all that. They take over ports if that's their most lucrative industry. It literally doesn't matter. This was something I learned about 5 years ago when recovering from a broken ankle and was consuming all sorts of content. I wish there was a way to search our own past comments.. I've looked this exact thing up before with the published stories of when and how they all died. In all cases the next up person was fine with the vax coming in.
And the thing is, if elections are fucked in the US, they are compromised everywhere, so the pro-pharma replacements for the dead leaders are a certainty. They are going to be flush with cash too from all of the bribes which certainly will help with any campaigning besides.
