I'm thinking about stashing up on some horse paste, just to be on the safe side if the coofs get me. I'm wondering if there are any recommendations on dosage of the stuff? The stuff seems pretty expensive in my country, so I want to make sure I do not buy too much.

Be sure to get a brand that is only ivermectin. Some brands have another med in them that is not for human use.
Each “click” on the tube will treat approximately 50 lbs. if you have a 200 lb horse, 4 clicks should do the trick.

If you want the complicated math involved in the dosage, I've collected it from various sources. Everyone smarter than me, please check the math.🙂 But the one notch per 50 lbs is usually all you need.
The usual dose for humans is 0.2 mg/kg (milligrams pr kilogram)
That equals 0.09 mg/lb (milligrams per pound)
1 kg = 2.2 lbs
0.2 mg divided by 2.2 = 0.09 mg/lb
Ivermectin Horse Paste comes in syringes which contain 6.08 grams total weight.
The paste in the syringe is 1.87% ivermectin.
6.08 grams x .0187% = 0.11 grams of ivermectin
0.11 grams = 110 mg (milligrams)
110 mg divided by 0.09 mg/lb = 1,222 pounds
So one syringe of horse paste is enough to treat 1,222 pounds.
That’s why the ivermectin horse paste packages say “Contents will treat up to 1250 lb body weight."
If you have a digital scale, weighing out the proper amount may be easier.
Prevention: 0.2 mg/kg (0.09 mg/lb) 2 times / week
Treatment: 0.4-0.6 mg/kg (0.18-0.27 mg/lb) daily until recovered
Example:
If you weigh 160 lb and need 0.2 mg/kg for prevention,
160 * 0.2 / 2.2 / 0.0178 = 817mg (0.8 grams) of horse paste

You people are too much. Heres a thought get the ivermectin for people and it actually tells you on the package how much to take.
Where I live, ivermectin is not even on the human pharma market. And can't order it from abroad, customs destroy all pharma products without a permit.

Get the human version from Mexican pharmacies. They'll ship to you.
Don't take it. There are much better ways of prophylactic care that aren't pharma. Perhaps look in to the NIATONIN (Melatonin and niacin) Protocol.
It's not meant as a prophylactic. It's for when the horse has already left the barn. :)
NIATONIN Protocol is far superior to Ivermectin and goes far beyond Covid.
Be REALLY careful about doing that. My dog went blind for almost 2 days and it was scary. If you do it start with a VERY small amount to make sure they don't have a bad reaction.
