100 mg of zinc is too much. https://youtu.be/C_jr31gaoXk?t=304
I thought that too when I saw it. I don't take that much, but it could be misleading for others if they don't already know.
yeah this is an infographic that seems designed to injure.
I'm going to lower my dose then. The PDF that was shared on my "update" post is probably the one to go by.
Type one diabetic here & not a doctor. When I break out in skin legions (ie red skin wounds that crust over) I have twice fixed it with north of 1g of zinc daily for just over a week combined with copper.
I have been put on multiple antibiotics to treat them, and the only fix for a year or two at a time is the zinc & copper remedy. Quinine + Zinc + Copper have fixed the skin issues that are "just part of diabetes" for long periods of time.
Also when coupled with vitamin D it seems to really increase the effectiveness of insulin shots, twice to the point where I was eating over 8k in simple carb calories (ie sugar) for the long lasting insulins I took.
My Dexcom has shown some interesting stuff with insulin effectiveness after using Ivermectin or Quinine coupled with 40k UI of vitamin D & large doses of Zinc & Copper.
I don't suggest anyone just start doing it. Do the research & figure out the balance. I still am, though it certainly makes my insulin more effective & I need to figure out if there are any other factors.
Crazy times fren.
Also zinc and copper compete for space in the body
I use Now opti-zinc...has copper in it.
Humans need 1mg of copper per 10mg of zinc or you might get an imbalance...if youre taking 50mg and up.
They do "Compete" but the 10 to 1 ratio solves that. Some say the ratio is 7/2 but either should be fine.
I developed a copper deficiency by taking too much zinc and started getting grey hairs but fixed it in a month
100mg of zinc is only two pills… the Zelinko protocol is 250mg over the course of a day.
50-100 mg of zinc per day is the max dose recommended in the Zelenko protocol.
I just got an Ivermectin script from https://rhsusa.com/
I was shocked that Kroger (in GA) would actually fill it. It is for 30 pills with 2 refills. I think she wrote the script with dosing to fool them into thinking it was for worms rather than WuFlu. The punch line though... $122 for 30 pills. I don't have insurance and apparently the KrogerRX club thing doesn't give me a price break on that particular medicine.
I called two different local compounding pharmacies that aren't part of the big chains and both told me they can't even get Ivermectin from their suppliers.
So bottom line they are going to get their money one way or another.
I'd like to see someone investigate why there is a shortage in supply. I bet some government hack has stuffed it away in a warehouse somewhere. For our safety of course.
Good news though is my dad, who has goats and horses on the farm, has several tubes already and is going to stockpile a few more just in case. He uses it like 1-2 times a year anyway. A family friend works at Tractor Supply so that's easy.
should go without saying, but allergies happen. If you're dosing yourself, it would probably be a good idea to take a tiny dose at first to make sure you don't have a nasty reaction.
Not a doctor, but yeah
Edit: also keep some benedryl just in case.
Thank you for posting it gets hard to find thus info graphic in the passage of time
You can get the nice ivermectin on Amazon still new and I found horse health at Wally World for $10
