The First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States reads as follows:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."
"Free exercise, thereof" meaning that how I choose to exercise my faith is MY choice and MY discretion. No company has the authority or even the fucking right to deem what is and is not "sincere religious devotion" and any attempt to do so is a blatant Civil Rights violation.
My frens... the time is here to fight back. I know I have railed against some of you for crying over being kicked out of the satanic system. And I still stand by these beliefs. You should not cry over material things. I know it sucks to have to go through this. I'm right there with you in that I would rather not. But here we are. My emphasis for calling these concerns out is to get to you to accept that what they can give they can also take and that essentially you already have nothing. And if you already have nothing, or rather have all to lose anyway, then why not make the best of it and fight back. If the system is going to fail, why not try and take it from them instead? I do believe that we are pretty much at the precipice and while I hope the good guys can do this, we also need to do our part and that begins by documenting everything, making our intentions known and then giving them hell when they refuse to back down. Think of Q like Frodo and Sam with the ring and we're the remaining army leading a final attack against all odds to distract the enemy. They need us to continue making noise, taking back our school boards and everything else we can do peacefully and legally while they put the finishing touches on the big reveal.
I wish this had never come... but so do all who see such times... what matters is what we do with the time we are given... we CAN make the difference and one way or another we are going to WIN. NCSWIC. Sic semper tyrannous.
You are so right! We must fight now. My story! I am so proud of my son. He works for a DoD contractor also, and has been given and ultimatum. He and a co-worker have been adamant against the jab and working together to fight the mandate. He, my son, submitted and obtained a religious exemption. His cohort appears to be failing in his attempt. Both are valuable technically but it appears that his co-worker will be denied. He called me tonight feeling funny about what he should do. I told him, you know what to do, son. He said, yeah Dad I know what to do. I should call him tonight and we should fight this thing now, together. I said, yes and sent him this Quote from Shakespeare.
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers; For he to-day that sheds his blood with me Shall be my brother; be he neer so vile, This day shall gentle his condition; And gentlemen in England now-a-bed Shall think themselves accursd they were not here, And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks That fought with us upon Saint Crispin's day.
How long till you guys realize they no longer play by the constitution? Its been out the door for a while now. They play by their own rules.
Seriously. I see so many posts on a weekly basis saying, "This is the time to fight!" But nothing ever comes or happens from it.
I'm not trying to doom but man I'm so tired of nothing good happening. I realize it's going to take drastic actions to wake up a lot of people, but how many people have to get hurt in the process? So many of these things are irreversible actions. People can say that Biden isn't president all day long but "he's" still doing MASSIVE harm to this country one way or another.
If Q's team does come through, we better have some serious actions taken to make sure this shit doesn't happen again, and we better see some serious restoration of rights across the board. Proper legal recognition of the 2nd at a federal level, massive changes to government overreach, massive government downsizing, etc.
I honestly don't think there is enough of the population willing to give up their conveniences. Maybe if war actually breaks out around them but until it comes to their front door they won't lift a finger. I don't really blame them cause it would be them against an army.
My husband likes to remind me that the only time any revolution actually works is to have another country backing that revolution. I hope he is wrong.
Either way though, Dying is not the end. I am tired of it too. I go out everyday and ALL I see is people complying. It seriously drives me insane. My husband (ex-combat bad ptsd) won't leave the house cause he is afraid he will go off and end up badly if someone says something to him. He has bad anger issues too.
It would take the entire restructure of our current government and literally everything else, food, medicine, military you name it. Its not just the government causing this, this goes around the world and is connected to all kinds of people around the world. It goes so deep it makes my head spin at times.
I know what you are saying. I am ready. You are ready. But hopefully we are rallying our forces. What good does it do to go out and lose? We must continue to build and when the time is right, execute. Don't give up in frustration. The people are waking up. I see it every day. But, like you, I want it to be soon. I don't know what else to say but I am with you.
Yep. Gonna continue to move goal posts.
No exemptions needed, this isn't a religious issue, it's a basic human right recognized internationally through the Nuremberg code. The cabal lost the forced science experiment option when Germany lost WW2. Both the vax and the test are on EUA so they certainly can't be forced on you.
My wife has a vax or test situation at work. It's a school district so they know they can't discipline or fire her without exposing themselves to liability so they've been lawfare-ing it. She is refusing both (it's a vaccine mandate with an option to test which means the testing is an alternative to the vax and only unvaxxed have to test) so they are trying to get her to take unpaid leave willing by twisting their words to make it SEEM like she can't return to work.
They have, thus far, refused to give her a write up or terminate her so we're going to play chicken with them until they break. They have two choices, put her on paid medical leave, or let her work (if they need to come up with exemption for their own internal needs that's fine we sure aren't applying for one).
If you file for an exemption, and it's declined, you have used a very important legal bullet to no avail. You are recognizing their mandate's validity and stated that you BELIEVE you should be exempt. You are admitting they have the right to do this to you and REQUESTING that they make an exemption for you. Bad move.
You gotta reach down and muster up some courage and tell them no to both. Make them write you up or fire you, THEN you have a case. Otherwise they can say you consented with an exemption they denied.
Very important distinction, and you're right. Requesting an exemption is giving them ammo against you by recognizing the mandate as valid.
However, utilizing specific legal language in an exemption request could have a positive impact on your situation in some circumstances. For instance, if you specifically outline that their actions are a violation of your rights (depending on where you reside) and that you are demanding an exemption based on your legal rights, religious rights, religious beliefs, etc altogether, a denial could be of extreme benefit to you, especially one in written format.
Speak with a lawyer.
Thanks for the great information. She sent them a letter claiming basic human rights (right to medical freedom), the Nuremberg code, and work place discrimination as her inherent exemptions. Also stated, was the vax and tests are all under EUA and that she will not be participating in any medical experiments, procedures or testing. If any of this was FDA approved, the argument would have to shift to exemptions but, at the moment, I believe the EUA aspect is a strong foundation to place everything else on top.
We're going to see how they handle having their bluff called, at this point the goal is to get a disciplinary action or have them fire her. It's not a good job at this point anyway so we have much to gain and little to loose, otherwise we'd be contacting a lawyer preemptively.
Just get a laywer to write them a letter telling them, since there is no legal basis for this action, and the science is of an opposition to it, that after you get fired you are heading straight to the laywers office to sign a multi-million dollar lawsuit against them....worked for me! (well, the third company)
To me, it is as simple as "I prayed about this, and I believe God has told me not to take this vaccine." 1st Amendment cut and dry. No further explanation given.
That's funny, I tend to think of exemptions as just the opposite - divisive and discriminatory.
Very few people continue to fight for the unvaxed once they've been vaxed.
It's because religious freedom is covered in the First Amendment. All other laws have to ebb and flow around it.
We are letting it become normal to discriminate against us
Any company that threatens someone's job with a vax mandate, or any medical procedure, is guilty of a crime. At the low end it is assault. At the high end it is murder.
Religious exemption? No, thanks. I am a Christian, but I won't stand on a "religious exemption" because I don't think I should need to do that. How about: You can't tell me what medical procedure I should have done on my body. Period.
Amen.
I will never abdicate my God given autonomy and freedom by asking permission from someone else to not have to inject myself with some mystery drug. Either stand up and grow a spine or be a slave. Your call.
