My understanding is that this mandate will get sued out of existence once these OSHA rules drop
I've been praying this is so.
I just filed for my RE yesterday. Thanks to everyone here it feels bulletproof.
You think we can get RE for the testing too? Mark of the beast, requiring something to buy or sell. Your job. I dont wanna be sent to hell because of my company requiring either the jab or test.
Will the lawsuits put a hold on it though? That's the big question for me.
Not in time for the little guy, I’m afraid. But old Pedo has already backed off the Dec 8 … let’s them try and fire 20-40% (my estimates). If my RE doesn’t hold, they won’t fire until Dec 31 allegedly.
“adopt a policy requiring employees to choose either to get vaccinated or to undergo regular COVID-19 testing and wear a face covering at work,"
So all those let go for not having the vaccine??
"Emergency Temporary Standard" eh? Nothing the government does is ever temporary. Example: Back in 1925 when helium was difficult to obtain and it was needed for airships, the US Government created the Federal Helium Reserve, a large underground dome near Amarillo TX, to hold millions of cubic feet of helium. We no longer have airships in our arsenal, and the strategic nature of helium has greatly declined over the years. But Congress keeps renewing and extending the reserve. True, it's been drawn down over the years and the facility is virtually closed now, Congress renewed its existence under government control in 2013.
Temporary, you say?
Sounds like more posturing. Biden doesn't even have an EO
Are you 100% sure?

That's for federal employees. Wheres the one for private sector and the osha thing.
Companies in the private sector with Federal contracts and that take Federal money sure are taking it seriously and treating it like a mandate.
Yes they are
OSHA has zero law making capability.
Mandate is not law. Mandate is coercion.
OSHA playing the game. No one playing the game gets a free pass -Q
OSHA will be shut down when all is over.
The problem is most state employment law allows for OSHA claims to be the basis for civil lawsuits.
All it will take is for some pro vax lefties to sue the companies and most would be bankrupted into oblivion.
That means companies will follow the OSHA ruling.
Private sector businesses are not experts in the constitution or looking to litigate a challenge to federal mandates.
A previous thread a few weeks ago said this wasn’t even a thing and that Biden was just talking out of his ass. I guess they really have been working with OSHA to implement it.
Seems that way. Shit...
How long is the comment requirement required by law? Has it changed? At one time it was several months. Like six.
What's that mean?
Back in the day a proposed rule had to be open for public comment for a set amount of time before it could be implemented.
