There's actually 19 states total, but I believe Florida was the first to file and they did so on their own, not in a group like most of the others.
Texas sued individually in a federal court in Galveston. Another lawsuit, filed in a federal district court in Missouri involves Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming. Yet another lawsuit, filed in a federal district court in Georgia, involves Georgia, Alabama, Idaho, Kansas, South Carolina, Utah, and West Virginia. The lawsuits come a day after Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis announced he sued the administration over the same vaccine mandate. As of late Friday, the total number of states suing the Biden administration over the mandate is 19.
Shared to a friend who is on Day 2 of COVID Counseling as a work from home federal contractor. She will definitely hold firm against the mandate, but wouldn't it be great to fire all the govt sheeple instead of all the Patriots??
The Federal Safer Workforce Task Force was tasked by EO to come up with the vaccination policies for Federal Contractors. They've been systematically closing all of the loopholes, including medical and religious exemptions. And it is abundantly clear that the Feds DO NOT CARE about following the law or doing what is right. It's all about pushing the jab without exceptions.
Not trying to be a downer but do you think this will matter? My husband and sister both work at the same university and they got notice yesterday they’ll probably have to get the shots by Dec. 8th. We don’t trust that they’ll honor a religious exemption so my husband will quit and she’ll get the shots because she can’t afford to quit. I feel anxious and sick about it. My uncle died after his second shot. Do you think Trump will actually come back soon and if so will it be too little too late? I mean by then everyone will either have the death shot or be unemployed and possibly homeless.
It violates basic human rights as well as the Nuremberg code
Has anyone seen a list of the 18 (and counting) States suing over the mandate?

But Fucking WHY ??
<— pure greed (money and profits for pharma)
<— pure evil (literal depopulation aims)
And yet when "republicans" are in power they refuse to do anything the fuck like this.
Maybe we deserve our fate if we refuse to play by their rules.
Eighteen states suing them might change their minds. If not, call them traitors, call an emergency, implement the law of war and get rid of them.
It makes no sense that any president can just order people to get vaccinated. If this stands, American is over.
Vaxx mandates violate the 14th amendment bigly.
Trust Kansas!
...sorry, I just had to throw that out there. 😂
I'm sure the supreme court will be happy to hear that case, just like the election law one that split the nation in half.
